This Jack in the box has to be be one of the best .The workers here have paid for homeless people's meal out of their own pockets.They have shown kindness towards the less fortunate in multitudes. The business  itself has wonderful food. Affordable prices, speedy service, & the most friendly, kind, compassionate people I have seen in a long time !! Keep up the amazing job showing compassion, and being great human beings.

This is the 5th or 6th time in a row that my  egg and cheese breakfast croissant was horribly gross,the egg was brown and I asked for No Meat,which they did,but I am pretty sure that they just took the meat off  of one they had holding tastes like meat instead of making one fresh with no meat,or bun that taste like meat,or egg that taste like meat,they just pulled one that they had sand bagged.the.hashbrown was so over cooked it crumbled in my hand.That was another 9 dollar purchase that I Couldn't eat. YUCK..SO DISAPPOINTED in My towns Jack in the box..sincerely,A lifetime Customer.

There fries were cold after I asked for fresh fries hardly no ice in the drink you cold count the ice cubes and service suxed after all that they give u ur order to hurry on to the next I guess for be in such a hurry they didn't take the time to fully cook the burger and to lazy to make fresh fries they give you what is on hand regardless how long they have been there sitting.

Never gets your order right on door dash they must be all on drugs its ridiculous don't order there ever ordered 2 times in a row and both wrong and missing items

As for fast food..this is ok. Service can be a bit sketchy, having dine in customers waiting, verses drive thur.. And often I've seen dirty tables.. I do like the teriyaki bowl, so will continue to dine there, but maybe use drive thur..

I like Jack n the Box, because the Menu has A LOT of great food to choose from and the milk shakes come in large sizes and are my favorite item. Their Milk Shakes are larger than Carl's Jr and McDonald's and also are cheaper than the both of Jack in the Boxes aforementioned competitors.

Felt like grabbing dinner on the way home and since the other fast food was busy came here.  Considering prices are a bit lower and service and food quality was way better, going to stay with Jack in the Box!

The drive through messed our order up big.  Had to park and reorder a missed item only to find further mistakes once we got home , Soggy cold greasy fries, wrong burgers, and shorted two cheesecakes and a rice bowl. Food was less than tasty. I now know why I rarely go here.

The sourdough jack loaded fries and carmal coffees were good  , my grilled chicken salad had no chicken and I found two rotten tomatoes gross.  Dietary restrictions: I ordered garden chicken salad because I have to watch what I eat

I hardly go to the Jack in the Box here in Clearlake CA as their food is always greasy and their service SUCKS! The line is always too long and you have to wait 30 mins to an hour to get food. And then when you do get your order, it’s not even correct. No receipt ever given at anytime I’ve gone here. Their food sucks so bad my cat won’t even eat it. 100% do not recommend! Hopefully we don’t get food poisoning.
