The place is what it is, it's no 4 or 5 star dining place but it's adequate for getting some fast food. What gets me is the management...depends on the day of the week...they are either nice or just in a bad mood?? As well as some of the other staff too, I work in the food & beverage buisness for the past 42 years now and I have seen it all...even been a manager as well. And yes it can be stressful at times but one should always try and keep a positive attitude....even if it's near impossible.
Me & my friend went to have lunch at this location & the tables were all dirty in the lobby. We were limited 2 napkins. We both witnessed another customer that told the manager the tables were dirty & she was rude to him, then he asked for napkins & the manager a tall black woman told him he couldn't have anymore, then at that sthey made his sandwich wrong. She started telling him cruel things & told him to leave. I thought that was very rude of her I didn't get her name but I remember what she looks like, I myself will never go to that location again. Parking: They're was not many cars is all.
Just waited like 30 minutes for a Large curly fry, Jr Jumbo jack, and a chicken sandwich. Finally pull up the window and get my food and of course it’s all cold. I asked if they could at least re make the fries and they said to pull around. Never came out so I just left and left it like that. I really feel like I wasted my money and time for some Bull.
I was told I would have to come in for my mobile order. There was no way to exit line. I let them know I did not want to come. They said drive up, and we will see if we have it. Totally bad attitude when they gave me my food in the drive through.Food: 4/5
I stopped by here yesterday whenever it started raining for a quick bite and some shelter from the rain. Alexandra was my cashier and she was absolutely wonderful and made sure to get my order taken correctly. My food was out promptly and it was hot and fresh and exactly the way I ordered it. I would definitely recommend this Jack in the Box for anyone who is on this side of town. 5 stars

Literally had to repeat everything to someone who mumbled in the speaker. Incompetence runs this asylum. Asked for the #7 which is a combo meal and had to repeat several times...to someone who who barely speak a cohesive sentence that "yes, its a combo" Perhaps having someone who can run the drive thru who can speak clearly and does not have a ridiculous bull ring in their nose might help. A little common sense would be ice on the cake as well but I'm afraid that maybe asking for too much.
This poor location it working with what they got. Hours are not set because of staffing. I went lastnight around 8pm, only 2 workers doing it all. That can't be sanitary and did not get my order the way I wanted. I did get all my food though.
Normally I love this place. But last night 9/16/22 we stopped on our way home and had excellent service with a smile. Got lots of condiments, free water, extremely nice guy in the drive through window. No problem right? Except within an hour, I had fraudulent charges on my card from an Iherb for $130 bucks that was ordered twice. And another charge from Japan. Luckily my bank caught it and alerted me and there I was at 2am confirming which purchases were mine and which ones weren’t I could have lied and said the $50 charge at Jack in the box in white settlement wasn’t mine either, but I’m honest and I did confirm that charge was mine. Everyone please beware, hopefully me speaking up can help it not happening to someone else.
