I love their bacon burgers in sourdough. They have the absolute best shakes ever. I love the strawberry shakes. The same with their egg rolls they're absolutely delicious and as good as or actually better than some of the Chinese restaurants in the high desert. I just wish they'd give us some couponsFood: 5/5
These people are so dam rude it’s ridiculous. U can’t even call for references cuz they hung up on you. Who ever is the area coach they need to retrain these people or ship them out. That’s why fast food has such a bad reputation because of these ediots . No wonder I already have had 3 employees applying here from that store and saying how badly they get treated now I believe them. I called at 6 pm u need to find out who was the girl that answered the phone . Give her the last check
We would like to thank manager Louise for such a fantastic customer service and helping us with our complaints on our Order. The replacement on the order was completely fresh compared to the original order and Manager Louise did a fantastic job and made sure our replacement order was freshly made correct to our satisfaction. Thank you jack and the Box for having an experience manager Louise that cares about the customers needs and there complaints. Now thats what you call customer service and thank you so much Louise for making us feel our complaints matters. Recommend this location to everyone and make sure you ask for your order be made fresh. Thank you!
The place wasn't busy took a while to get us our food. Cashier forgot to give me my receipt I had to ask for it. Sitting area was a bit dirty. Dirty tables not wiped down. Floor needed to be swept.Food: 4/5
Distracted drive thru operator. Screwed up the order. It's really annoying when they don't listen, cause they are listening to something going on inside. You can hear it happening. Special dietary changes are ignored.
You guys need to change your oil, or grease or whatever. I just got a 6 pc chicken strip, just about threw up trying to spit it out of my mouth, fries were just as bad, made the whole car stink . . it's fast food I know, but, for nearly $15 it should be somewhat edible, yeahFood: 1/5
Your ads for the ribeye burger if misleading. It shows Mayo and cheese but when we ordered it at the San Dimas store it was dry and had no cheese. . Either it was the store that doesn't know how to fix it or the burger doesn't come with that stuff. Very dry and we weren't impressed. J. CORSONFood: 3/5

I only order the 3 egg rolls, but they are awesome! Highly recommended. I always order on the mobile app, and the order has always been ready and correct. Parking: Always plenty of parking at the locations I go to.
