Ordered two junior cheeseburgers plain and two regular. The plain ones were basically hockey pucks and smashed down as you can see in photo. It was the most disgusting fast food I ever had, it was not edible. The normal ones were fine and only had one patty like they were supposed to have.Food: 1/5
Was told about amazing service. And they're right. It is amazing now. The food was amazing. The customer service was amazing. The wait time was was amazing. whatever you all did. Is working And Robin running drive through what a great decision.She is spectacular drive through person.I have ever met.She makes you feel amazing.Thank you robin for having a great day and making mine even better
I stopped into this Jack in the box, actually through the drive-thru, and ordered tacos. These tacos were really hot and I asked for extra lettuce and they had it on every taco. There are lots of taco places to go specializes in fancy tacos with fish or pulled pork or all those kinds of things but when I go to Jack in the box it's like a trip down memory lane and they're great tacos. I would give this location six stars if I could because they got me through quick and everything was hot and tasted great. All of the Jack in the Box stores should be run like this. Kid-friendliness: Sure nice and very fast service.
The time I was served last night's tacos. Spoke to a manager at another location because the one at Wentzville hung up when I said I wanted my order replaced. For some reason they decided giving me 4 coupons for free tacos that I could only use one at a time was the solution? I don't think more tacos is how you fix this. The orders are never right. The staff is constantly rude. I just go to other locations now. And please Jack in the Box "Owner" do NOT send me a link to fill out I have spoken to a managers being told a lot that a DM will contact me about what to do and it hasn't happened. I won't waster further time with surveys that won't change anything because judging from other reviews not a thing changes and you'll hire anyone to keep that location open.
We went to the drive-thru and got a strawberry shake and was late at night. Kind of scary getting a shake late at night but not a Jack in the Box. Jack in the Box shakes late at night for absolutely perfect every time You don't have to worry that you're going to get sick. All the employees there were very very kind and I appreciate them very much.
FORTH EDIT: 3 years later... I tried Jack in the Box again for the first time in 3 years to see if it's any different. Huge difference in quality and experience. Can order on the app now which is nice, but their prices have increased with quality. The Spicy Chicken that I love has changed, different seasoning, different bun, but it's a good change it's actually pretty spicy. I would go back again, just wish prices were lower but everything is expensive right now. Upgrading to a 4 star from a 1 star. Hopefully you're still around next time I crave you JITB! THIRD EDIT: SATURDAY JULY 29. 12 NOON. LUNCH TIME. I used to love Jack in the Box, so to give them one last chance I went with my wife on my birthday SEVEN MONTHS after my first edit she was craving some tacos. We walk inside and it smelled pretty gross, we were already skeptical because of JITBs poor track record but we stayed vigilant, it could've just been someone's old sneakers. Get to the counter and we ordered 2 tacos and a spicy chicken. "Just so you know we're out of tacos, so we're charging people for two tacos and giving them a monster taco instead. We're also out of onion rings and milkshake mix." You're out of tacos on a Saturday lunch!? We walked out. It smelled like shet anyway. This company and management is an embarrassment, you can see horrible reviews all across the board at any Jack in the Box you look up. SECOND EDIT: They were seriously just closed in the middle of the day. Wut? Zero stars. Seriously how can a fast food restaurant close whenever they want regardless of posted hours? I wonder if they even have management... EDIT: This is now the WORST Jack in the Box. Waited forever to get through the drive through even though we ordered through the app. They were SO painfully slow even at handing us our order, then they spilled the drink on my wife's arm as it was handed to her because the lid wasn't on all the way. Couldn't wipe it off because they didn't give us napkins, so they had to get us some, then they had to get us a straw, then they had to get us our sauce all separate trips so it took even longer. I think I spent at least 20 minutes in this drive-thru. I got home and took a bite of my sandwich to find that the chicken is almost the size of a sauce packet see attached picture. I could 100% LITERALLY eat this whole sandwich in one bite if I tried. Last time I go to this JITB. Please sell it to another franchisee so they can turn it around. OLD: I go here all the time. It's not the best JITB but it's also definitely not the worst. It's kinda slow sometimes. The best one is off Telegraph in the Dierbergs plaza, the worst one is off South Grand.
We don't have these in Michigan and after tasting what I got last night... they can stay out. Everything was loaded with grease. Fries, though fresh, not crispy at all and too oily. Wasn't even what I ordered, but because it was in the bag they left them and gave me the onion rings I ordered. The only thing those had going for them was the fact they use actual onion rings and not the minced ones. I also got the egg rolls. Those weren't that bad but the sweet and sour sauce was disgusting.
When we pulled up we were warned right away that there maybe a wait as they where sorry staff. This was not s problem to us, but it was a great credit gesture just in case you didn't want to wait. We ordered for 6 people and the speed was great. The food was fresh, and hot.
You sit at drive thru being told hold on by guy on speaker, then stuck there for 30 mins cause u cant get out, people behind u and a car in front of u that got told same thing. If they dont want to serve cuatomers just put a sign up. Half the time they r never open anyway. I wasnt 45 mins between trying to order and trying to get out of drive thru. This place is a joke.
Dining room closed with no note. Then the sandwich isn’t even done correct and the taco is missing the taco part. Also didn’t get any sauces that was ordered with the food. One of the worst locations that i have been to.Food: 2/5
