I hadn't been to Jack in the Box in a while. A lot of places these days don't get your order right and unless you check it before you leave you end up with something missing or not prepared like you ordered it.I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I checked my order EVERYTHING was correct and what I and my companions ordered was prepared like we asked for it. No small feat considering it was a big order there were 4 of us and we were in the stove through. And the person who took our order was really patient, we asked for our food a bit different from how it came and she got everything right. Thanks for listening Jack in the Box.....
This Jack in the Box is filthy. Only half the dining room is open and every table needed to be wiped off. The soda machine was disgusting. I hope I don't get food poisoning!! As we were leaving at 2:30 pm they were closing the dining room. At least the food tasted okay.Recommended dishesTwo Tacos
Never had Jack-in-the-Box before and was looking forward to simple American fast food after seeing it advertised in Canada for years…. My ‘21’ supposed to have bacon; the picture shows no sausage option m so I chose it for that reason the cheap sausage always has hard pieces that make me think of ground bone; I get it and sure enough there’s sausage and no bacon. I went back and asked them to change it, was told that the one I ordered doesn’t come with sausage so I showed the receipt but no change was made. At that point I could picture something even more disgusting occurring and didn’t want to change it. The employees seem kind, but why there was even a question about my food and why they didn’t just swap it out without any concerns is disappointing, so I really wanted to give this location a high rating…
I would never suggest going there. Not only are they very expensive, but the food is always more greasy than other fast food joints. The customer service is lackluster with no real kindness or care about how your food is put together. The breakfast burritos and burgers are always swimming in grease and cheese. I wouldn't suggest even the strive through.
Just a standard Jack in the Box but the drive-thru crew at this particular store are the most polite and amazing people I've ever dealt with. I do a lot of drive-throughs and I can tell you these guys deserve some creditFood: 4/5
Excellent service and food. The atmosphere was a little rough but dont fear. The service and food quality were superb. They are understaffed, so the tables were messy but thats understandable. Thank you!Food: 5/5
Worst customer service by the lady working at the drive through at midnight. She gave me a bad eye and couldn’t respond to me and slammed shut the pick/up window
I usually don’t post reviews even if it was a bad experience. But oh my gosh. Literally the worst jack in the box I’ve been to. My tacos were literally black with the unclean oil that they had. The older lady working there was rude and I’ve seen a review on her before. You guys should listen to the reviews and do something about that. We got really old fries. I understand it’s late but these were so bad. They messed up on our drinks and gave attitude right away. I was nothing but understanding and nice. I even repeated my order three times at the speaker box. Just really bad throughout it all
I came at night a few nights ago and was served by this really sweet worker named Chris. He was very kind and seemed to be the only one working despite when I looked through the window there was a girl with a backpack and another man in black. I suggest firing them and getting actual employees that would be there to help Chris because the lines in the drive through were crazy and they shouldn’t be paid for what he was doing!
The one on 188th and pac.hwy. it always friendly and my food is hot and good the only fast food place that I finish my burger .Food: 4/5
