This J&B location is fantastic! 1 Always quick and friendly serviceEspecially Maria! 2 food is delicious, freshly prepared and always served hot.  I’ve literally never once received cold or soggy fries.  I actually usually have to give the fries a min or two to cool downthis is a good problem as it means they were just prepared not sitting under a heat lamp for lord know how long.  Across the street at Mcd’s?  Nothing short of a nightmare every time.  My only complaint is the J&B commercials are obnoxious.  Actual restaurant, especially this location, awesome!!  And in case you’re wondering since i probably would be if i were reading this, no this isn’t a fake and planted review nor do i know anyone that works there personally.  I just live 5 min from there, am genuinely impressed with the consistency of my experience, and believe in giving credit where credit is due!

Great for someone who works late and wants a quick bite after a long day, or a tasty breakfast, or honestly anytime. My experience at this location was that the staff was friendly and fast and the food went beyond my expectations. Overall worth the 5 star. The staff is doing a great job!!

Lol might want to tell your employees that if their speed increases, the service speed will too. Wandered around for 10 minutes just looking at us and staring at French fries that were hanging over the fryer. Had to demand to be acknowledged. Drive thru times were at 24 minutes when I left and ours ended up taking 40 minutes. Trying to tell each other to stop taking orders when they dissappear for 5 minutes at a time and repeatedly handed out the wrong order to 3 people while we were waiting. Yikes. Also asked for no ice 3 times and they still put ice in it, blatant problem with listening and communicating

Service has been very good considering the turnover that a fast food restaurant has to contend with all the time. Maria has been especially warm and friendly. Food choices are varied and specials are economical. The taco deal has a great national reputation.

I've been both inside and in the drive-thru and both were absolutely horrible. When my dad and I went through the drive-thru, there were two staff members fixing the machine there. My dad asked them a question and they just ignored him. The machine's connection was pretty bad and there were sounds that messed it up. We couldn't hear the person who we were talking to well and my dad had to yell over the sounds from the machine. She staff member on the other side kept repeating what we were ordering and was very hesitant. One of the staff members who was trying to fix the machine or whatever ended up speaking Spanish to the staff member that we were placing our order to. When we got to the window, my dad asked that staff member if she speaks English and she just ignored us - just like the workers that were trying to fix the machine. Now my experience inside: when I got inside, there was no one at the cashier and all workers were in the back. NO ONE bothered to come up front. There was even a group of people that were going to order but since the staff was so slow, they gave up and left, just like I did. The staff is also really slow at preparing food and giving them to customers. This place's service is just awful.

You might be wondering how anyone would give a Jack in the Box five stars, but for my taste, it's the best option in the area. I can get large beef patties, a fried egg, and lettuce, tomato, and pickles with delicious, fresh-brewed iced tea. Keto-friendly and decent quality. It's not as good as Wendy's, but we don't have a Wendy's here and Wendy's doesn't have eggs all day.

I visited the drive thru.. got a large fries but it was quite small for a large size.. also, the service seemed kinda slow.. I imagine for a busy afternoon they maybe using a better way of managing their orders because for a relatively less busy night and a fairly simple order it took me about 5 mins ..

Their motto should be, "Ordering at the Sammamish Jack in the Box; it's like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get." We made an in- store order and it took 35 minutes. There were three employees working dinner rush. When we came home we found 3/6 items were completely wrong. Our receipt was correct but the items were wrong. We called several times and no one answered the phone. No big surprise here, I guess it was just one more parting gift.

I work in the area the Jack in the Box restaurant on the Lake Sammamish Plateau and they are NEVER open on time. It's frustrating because I work in the area and have tried multiple times to buy breakfast there and the few times that they have actually made me breakfast they have gotten my order wrong!!! I am done trying...I will take my business across the street to McDonald's...

10/15/2020  Attention Manager:  The cook in here NEEDS a raise - I stopped going to Woodinville, Monroe, or Redmond because the lunch time burgers at this location are the BEST....  that person deserves a RAISE to keep him/her there - please.  Thank you!
