I rented a 5x15’ unit for just over $100 for 2 months. Since I’m military I got the first month half off. I was in between houses and needed a temporary place to keep my belongings. This is a great and secure place. They made everything really easy from signing up to paying to quitting - if I ever need storage space again I’m definitely going to go here.
I rented a storage unit after transferring for a new job. My wife had thousands of dollars of clothes all to be infested with roaches. The manager said they were brown roaches. I don’t care what color they were.??? She had to throw all of her clothes away because we couldn’t risk taking the infestation to our new place.This happened several years ago, but it happened. I see the 4-5 star reviews, so maybe there’s new management now and things have changed.
Jack Rabbit is a life saver. It was easy and convenient to rent a storage area. They have great service. Jasmine did a awesome job in assisting me with my needs for a storage unit. Thanks Jasmine!!
We have never had to rent a storage unit before. Isaiah made the process smooth and seamless. He was patient with all of our questions and took the time to show us a variety of units. He also did a complete truck tour, fully explained the insurance, fees, and requirements. If you have to rent a storage unit, this is the location to rent from. We were also able to take part in a special, and they are very familiar with military moves. The service was wonderful and Isaiah and Jack Rabbit Storage helped alleviate some of the moving incidentals at a stressful time! We highly recommend!
Security seemed pretty good, but I had a storage unit for one year and they changed my lock without my permission. Then I almost couldn't leave because you need your gate code to leave the gated area. I understand needing it to get in, but wth is the point of a lock when exiting.

This storage facility is top notch. The property is well maintained and the units are spacious. I had the pleasure of working with Miss Iolanda who was very personable, helpful and in overall just made my experience top rated. I highly recommend this facility for all of your storage needs.
I would suggest an inside storage facility if you’re leaving anything over a few months. Staff is friendly but there’s lots of spiders and the roof insulation will get all on your items.

I stopped into Jack Rabbit today just for some price quotes and to see the area layout and security. Upon walking in I meet Kristina, who had a smile on her face and was ready to happily answer all of my questions! I appreciated her friendliness and willingness to help me despite the fact I wasn’t signing a contract today. Your front face employees really make a difference for your company and I have to say you have an AMAZING one here with Kristina! When I’m ready to store my belongings, I will be coming to this Jack Rabbit Site.
