There was nobody in the drive thru and yet they managed to screw up 3 out of 5 meals. Got 2 chicken sandwiches with the most basic topping choices pickles and mayo, yet they were still incapable of getting anything right. We also got a burger and they forgot all of the condiments. This was my first time visiting this franchise and I can say with certainty it will most definitely be my last. The fries are unbelievably under seasoned and bland, the chicken sandwich simply isn’t good at all, and the majority of the drinks they had listed, were out of order. Of what was available, those drinks were flat to no ones surprise. All in all an extremely regretful and disappointing visit, and any who is considering eating here, please do yourself a favor and do not visit this franchise and definitely do not pay for their beyond mediocre food. Only reason this is getting a 1 star rating is because there isn’t an option for 0 stars. P.S. this is my box of fries after eating only 4 fries, what a joke. P.P.S. we each got a “16 oz” drink, and they were generous enough to fill it up all the way to the top with ice, so we only had 8 sips worth of drink. I cannot fathom how a restaurant with 0 business can possibly screw up an order this bad, it is honestly genuinely embarrassing. This is the edited version of my message that I’m reposting, as I made a few typing errors initially and want to ensure everyone can see all the problems we faced.
On my way to Panama City Beach, stopped here for breakfast and it was good!
The food was pretty good. I got the double hamburger combo with no mustard no onion and no tomato and they fixed it correctly. The fries were a little undercooked for my taste. The biscuits were perfect as usual. They were out of Dr Pepper and sweet tea. When I asked if they were going to make anymore tea one girl claimed to not know how to make tea and another girl said she was off the clock. An older lady ended up coming over and starting the tea. The restaurant was kinda dirty. The floors needed to be swept and there were some dirty tables but I didn't see anyone cleaning while I was there.
I love Jack's especially their chicken. They have some of the best chicken. The service was great and so was the atmosphere. The young lady that waited on us had a great attitude even though it was crowded. Parking: I found a parking spot right away .
We had never been to a Jack's before, and so when we walked i, we had an open mind. We are glad that we tried them. The staff was nice, the restaurant was clean. The food came out hot and fresh. As my husband put phrased it, it is not chick-fil-a, but it is good. We would eat at this restaurant again.Food: 4/5
Stopped here on our way back from Panama City Beach. Me and my husband ordered hamburgers and they both were really good would definitely order again. My mom ordered two piece chicken snack and she said it was some really good chicken my son said the tenders and boneless wings were just okay.Food: 5/5
… such potential especially in this small town that only represents 1 carbon copy of the major chains with and nothing that breaks the mold. Jacks offers mostly fried chicken and chicken finger “southern fast-food cuisine. That I have enjoyed most of the items I have ordered at least the quality of the ingredients, the flavor and prep, and the quantity of each item. However I have to say it is common to not be quite as hot and fresh as I would prefer
They do a good job if not really busy and they have a few items you don't find at other fast food places. I have seen them give free items to people there that were really indigent.
My wife and I were coming back from PCB and was guided by her pregnant belly to stop here. So glad we did because the food was great. I don't have any pics of the food because it was devoured by my wife before we were out of the parking lot. She had the Bbq burger meal and I had the Big Chick meal. She also had the vanilla shake, but I couldn't tell you what it taste like.
I have had Jack's since it was Jack in the box with all the stoner food. Now its a chicken and burger joint. I had the chicken strips, and they were so small. However, they were on point! They do not have the good honey mustard or good ranch here, which is a disappointment. Staff was friendly and overall it was a pleasant visit.
