We find it really frustrating that we can no longer just call our doctor. We get an automated answering system talking about all agents being busy with other patients, when we know, at our doctor's office, this is not the case. We were finally given an appointment. Not with our doctor of many years, but with an RN. If we insist on seeing our doctor, we must wait days longer. I was put on hold for a long wait and then received a telladoc call from a doctor I don't know, who asked questions and prescribed 2 medicines and ordered x-rays. Haven't heard from those. Dr. Zaremba WAS very helpful and it felt good to actually the attention from SOMEONE wanting to help.
I have been using Dr. Zaremba for 18 years and I don't know if anyone that is more dedicated to their profession, more knowledgeable or more caring about their patients. I I'm so thankful that he is my doctor!
He is very polite and caring. He doesn’t rush you like some doctors do. He listens to your symptoms and or comments about your condition then explains very plainly his treatment plan.
Great thorough telehealth visit with Dr. Zaremba. He was very attentive and answered all my questions and allayed all my fears. Dr. Zaremba and Dr. Moore at this practice are excellent Drs.
I had a phone appointments with Dr. Zaremba. This is the 2nd phone visit that Dr. Zaremba has diagnosed me with a much worst condition than I actually had. Every time he told me he'd have someone to schedule appointments for me or he'd get back in touch with me he never did. This is the 2nd time I have made appointments with him that I've paid for and still had to see another doctor. I don't recommend him to anyone.
Had a tele-visit with Dr. Zaremba. He called on time and was very thorough and attentive. He listened to my concerns and followed through with all prescriptions and made tests results available online in a timely manner.
Dr. Zaremba is a very kind and compassionate physician. He doesn't just to treat a condition and prescribe medicine, --- he wants to get to the root of your problem.
He is a good Dr but a place where the right hand doesn’t tell the left hand what’s going on. Have been several days without a prescription refill. Had an appointment on July 31, Dr asked what refills I need. Now they won’t refill saying I need another appointment. Obviously you can not combine appointments for more than one issue at a time. Trying to get a person to look at what is happened and correct is impossible. I have called and emailed but the standard answer is make an appointment. Waiting for a call back. Asked for the Dr to call, don’t think it will happen. All they want to do is get multiple copays for office and lab work.
Dr Zeremba is so nice and professional, he takes time with you and is so caring ,,he’s not my regular Dr. But in with Dr Robbins but when Dr Robbins is gone I know I will be taken care of by a pro
Everytime I have saw my doctor it's always been pleasant. Also I've been able to get my health issues resolved at my visit. I have been a patient for almost 20 years!
