I received great service! Zujeidy Morales really took her time doing my hair. My confidence literally boosted. Don’t let the people who can’t read the terms and conditions of a simple app discourage you. It’s common sense and some people definitely lack it but overall the scheduling the service was very simple and i love the high quality care I received. Thank you!

Amazing curly cut by Crystal! She cut my hair dry, then proceeded to wash and style it. The entire time, she explained to me what she was doing and worked to teach me how to style my hair myself to bring out the curls and waves without using heat tools. Definitely recommend this salon! The staff there are very nice people. The place is clean, and very comfortable. They gave great hair product recommendations. Overall, a very nice place for those struggling to find a curly hair salon.

2 stars go to my knowledgeable hair stylist, she was great! However, I bought products we used upon her recommendation. I went home and unfortunately after about two hours my hair felt very greasy and gross. It happens! Not all products work for everyone and I get that. However, I called just two hours after my appointment to ask about returning the unopened things I had purchased with receipt and I was told they do not take returns. This was never disclosed upon purchase. I would recommend steering clear of this businesses due to their very poor customer service. Edited to add she has refunded me.Services: Haircut

Crystal is literally amazing! I got my curly cut with her and it was probaly my fourth curly cut in general but first time at Jackie's Beauty Bar. I was coming off of years of hard water build up that affected my hair and Crystal literally gave me the best cut ever to help my curls come back to life. I gave her some direction but let her do her thing and it paid off!!! I don't know if I've ever been so happy with a haircut. :

Back in 2019, I decided to part ways with my old hairdresser and find someone who specializes in curly hair/cuts. A good friend of mine recommended me to Jackie and I have no regrets since! Looking back now, she has taught me so much about hair care. From washing to styling, about products and everything in between, I truly cannot thank Jackie and her team enough for the proper education and training on curly hair!
