When you want a authentic family diner experience, just stop by! Best prices, great flavors, quick service and hard-working staff make Jackie's or ga-to in the Clarksville area!Food: 5/5
Went here to eat after my first experience being top notch. I had a young lady the first time and she was amazing! She had dirty blond hair and I think her name was Randie? At least that's what my husband says. However we went back to have her as our waitress when we were shocked to find that she wasn't there with the company no longer. Good for her. They was trash talking who I thought was the best person there. Waitress I had my second go around was lazy, Food took a long time and the food was mid along with the service. If you are gonna trash talk your best employee you had then at least be as great as her if not better. She was on time, Super nice and went beyond what we expected also checked up on us refilling drinks and etc. I can tell they have favorites here for them to discard an employee like her. Needless to say I will not be returning. My experience was far from great, far from what we had the first time. Next time don't put down an amazing employee you had for no reason. That's flat out disgusting to the max. Not coming back for this poor managements excuse to fire someone so great.
Jackie's Country Kitchen is a quaint little restaurant that offers a menu of classic Southern comfort food dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with rustic decor that adds to the charm of the place. The food at Jackie's Country Kitchen is generally decent, with some dishes being better than others. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. The service at Jackie's Country Kitchen was average. While the staff was friendly enough, they didn't seem to go out of their way to make our experience exceptional. We had to wait a bit longer than expected to be seated and for our food to arrive.
I love this place! The food is very good and reasonably priced. The service was friendly and attentive. Bonus: It's a 50s time capsule! The fixtures are for the most part original to the time it was built. Give this place a shot. Support local businesses!
Hands-down excellent experience! We recently moved to the area and like checking out all the local little eateries. This place seems like a hidden gem. Don’t let the outside fool you… remember, it’s what’s on the inside that counts, and BOY, does it ever! We will definitely become regulars here and come back to enjoy more of “momma’s” cooking!!
Great first experience, pretty good food, nice staff and priced fair! Pancakes were thick, eggs cooked perfect and sausage and bacon was delicious. Kid-friendliness: Super nice to my baby! Offered small plate and plastic wear.
Great service! They were totally slammed and did their best to serve us. I will definitely come here again. Food was delicious!!!!!Recommended dishesHobo 3 Egg Omelet, Jaime's 2x4 Special
Food was incredible...service awesome. Best prices ever! Bring cash. They don't accept credit cards. Highly recommend!!!
There's a good reason this place has 5 stars. It's really good. I have lived here since 2005 and previously from '94 - '99. I had never been here or heard of it. However, I have been to their second - and probably more popular - location across the river. This is the original location and has been here since the '70s. The food is cheap and good. Another review said it had a '50s diner feel. I don't know if I'd go that far, but it definitely was small town, good people, kind of place. The staff was wonderful. They serve breakfast 24/7 and have a meat and three for lunch for like $7.69 or something. We ended up walking outside with our waitress and talking about her Jeep! We'll be back. You should too.
Had a great time, service was awesome and the food even better, will definitely be coming back.Food: 5/5
