Really big library. Really nice space. Clean inside. Lots of tables for reading. Lots of outlets for charging your phone. There's a garden in the back. And separate reading spaces for Teens and Kids, away from the adults. Large selection of Children's books. We would have liked more kid's graphic novels, but you can order from other libraries. Only warning for parents is that there was a sketchy young lady doing questionable things in the bathroom stall, dropped a lighter when we walked in and then hurried out. I wouldn't let my kid go to the bathroom alone here. But I understand how difficult it is to monitor everyone that goes in a public bathroom in a public space, so I don't blame the library or the staff. It looks like they really try to keep it clean and safe.
We are so happy to see the library bring back all the toys and seating in the kids area!!
Christopher is the best customer service in the world. He is in the Computer Room. Great knowledge
I have enjoyed browsing the shelves for books. However, the last 2 times I have visited there are many very unpleasant smells in the library. The smell seems to be of unwashed clothing and/or bodies from people sitting in chairs and on the floor. It is difficult to want to stay and browse the book cases. In addition, when entering the library there is a large amount of trash and people laying around on top of sleeping bags. This has all definitely put a damper on enjoyment of finding a good book to read.
Who would want to wade threw the homeless and all the trash to use the library. What a waste of taxpayers money.
I loooooooooooooooooooveeeeee this library. It is always clean, and has great up to date books! It's a beautiful library. I wanted to checkout a few books but sadly they didnt have them, BUT I found that you can put in a request for books that they can buy! Both my requests got approved!! How great is that?! I'm sooooooo happy! Thank you! It saves so much money for people in the long run!! They also have sooooo many amazing, FREE programs for people to enjoy.
Beautiful building, great layout, separate teen and kids areas, helpful staff... I can't say anything bad about this library. We take weekly visits and spend an hour or more each time. Just wonderful.
Beautiful architecture. Wonderful for kids and adults to promote lifelong learning.
This is a really nice library. It is clean, quiet and has a very helpful staff.
I love the library so much!! Great helpfull staff and the layout is easy and simple. My favorite part is when we have comic con there but that only happens one a year but it IS SO WORTH IT!!
