Jackson District Library East Branch

Coming from Ann Arbors libraries I had very high expectations. Beyond a doubt exceeded them! The staff is so nice! We signed up for 4 library cards and signed up for the summer games the day before the summer games ended. The kids each got shirts and books! The kids loved the fact that there are Legos to play with. We checked out books and took pictures with the summer game props. It was a great first experence with the library. :

As many have mentioned, the staff is wonderful. They receive you and say goodbye with smile. Always kind and available to help if needed. I have taken my daughter to some of the activities they have for kids and she really enjoys it. I am very grateful for all the effort they put on making our visits great. Thank you Library staff!!!

We hold our rock and mineral meetings here. They are always so helpful! Anything we need is done. Thanks!

Beautiful & Safe!!! Had a blast with my Nephew, Grandsons, Daughter & her mother-in-law last wkend. I also find it calming to locate a good area by the water to meditate

The former librarian was rude but the current one is honest and sweet. She tried to help me get a card and when I apparently didn't have the correct stuff with me she said she would hold onto the forms until I was ready. I didn't end up coming back that day, but she still had them when I did come back.

Great place with wonderful staff. It doesn’t have all the books I’m looking for but it can always get it from the other branch and texts me when they have the book and I can go by and get it. Overall a nice place

It's always a pleasure to go to my public library and knowing that it's open on Sunday is a big plus... I personally never had any issues with any of the librarians but I can understand why they librarian s get upset at times ,everybody out there believes that they should have everything given to them anyways.... If they're not complaining about one thing ..... Well you know how that goes..... So to the staff of our county Library's... don't take offense to what these present-day yuppies or your choice of word have to say..... Myself and many others appreciate everything that you folks do... we should be grateful to be able to have libraries..... Keep up the good work...and I'll see you on my next visit to the library....
