Jackson Family Dentistry - Olive Branch

Based on one visit- teeth cleaning - for my 9 year old son and myself Katie cleaned my teeth and was AWESOME! So gentle and informative along the way - let me look in the mirror during and after Made me so comfortable Even took the time to get my 3D X-rays in after vs setting another date which she could of easily done Dr Jackson came in to check some issues I was having with fillings from a PREVIOUS dentist He fixed the bites which my old one told me were fine!! I knew I needed to switch And luckily I have found what I feel to be a lifelong dentist, for not only myself ,but my family My son goes soon for his filling

I say bravo to the nice ladies that work there. I do not recommend Dr. Jackson to anyone, especially if you are a Medicare patient. He does not take time to explain anything to you and leaves it all up to his staff. He was rude and has an uncaring attitude. I have never been treated so poorly by a Dr.

I was promptly greeted upon arrival. The wait time was minimal and my cleaning was done very quickly. My tech Emily always does a great job. Will continue to come back because I am treated as a valuable client. Thanks Jackson Family Dentistry.

Dr. Jackson was GREAT‼ they welcomed me as soon as I walked in... And my root canal procedure was great as well... I can't complain about anything he was a whole good vibe... I will be going back.. Thanks Dr. Jackson

I noticed my review was removed. Dr Jackson had mentioned that I was overweight. During my root canal he was on his Apple Watch and the assistant was crying. He wanted to preform another root canal, went and got a different opinion and was told I was no where close to needing one. When he was checking my bite he kept telling me to bite down, if he had looked at my records or even cared he wouldve noticed I physically couldn't bite down and there was no need to. yell at me. He removed a tooth but during the procedure I let him know I wasn't numbed enough and didn't listen to me.

New Review- I am not sure what happened but…. I have had the worst experience ever as REGULAR client. I have now been going here for a couple of years & the concern & empathy that I experienced on my first visit is totally gone. That new client experience is short lived & continually gone down hill. I have called many times & no one answers the phone & it was in the middle of the afternoon. I reached someone finally this morning at 8am when they open, and explained that I had an excruciating toothache & asked to come in & was told they were totally full. I asked if I could just come in & see if they could work me in to just to see what the issue was. I was now in tears crying. The pain was that bad. Not a word. No suggestions to help or even console. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back there, except to sign papers to get my records transferred. My original review…. “Jackson Family Dentistry is the best. I had a horrible toothache called and they took me that day! Staff is always courteous and I think the hygienists and Dr.'s are extremely knowledgeable with great empathy.”

I have had the worst experiences of my life with this dentist !!!! I have been trying to get my dentures since I went in March I paid what they asked from me and my insurance paid some too !!!! Now I can’t even get my dentures they tell me they don’t have them when they schedule me to come in !!!! I sit in the waiting area MULTIPLE TIMES for 45 minutes and then they tell me my dentures are not there yet !!!! What incompetent person is in charge of this place ????? I wished I had never gone to this dentist !!!!! I NEED A REFUND AND GAS MONEY THAT HAS BEEN WASTED SINCE I DROVE AN HOUR TO GO THERE ONE WAY MULTIPLE TIMES , ! I have had a problem with a tooth for a while, but bc I'm super scared of the dentist all dentists, it could be my dad and I'd still be scared I let it go so long, something started protruding out of my gum about 5 months ago. Last week, my entire side of my face started swelling. My nose was numb, eyesocket swollen, ear hurting, neck and shoulder killing me....figured infection, maybe abcess tooth, started antibiotics Wed night. TodayMLK ⁶Day, not only was the office open, but they completely worked me in and did the extraction and bone graft in the same emergency work in. Dr. Jackson was very nice, I didn't feel a thing and I'm the BIGGEST BABY over dentists. I read a few reviews on different sites, one being the doctor and assistants lack compassion. I think they're just matter of fact, but they were very fast and nice. I think people like me with extreme apprehension need matter of fact. I absolutely love this office for helping me today and I can't wait to be able to feel my face again and not be in pain. Thank you so much Dr Jackson I really appreciate you !!

The dental assistant was great! She asked if I had any questions and took her time. Dr. Jackson really rubbed me the wrong way, “you’re not a spring chicken”. Ok, I’m not but between just having a baby and all my other responsibilities, trust me I’m not trying to neglect my teeth or purposely want a cavity. This was so insensitive. I’ve vented to my husband but thought I would here too.

Doctor Andrew Jackson is by far the best dances that I've ever met in my whole entire life. Not only is he professional but he goes to extra mile to make sure that you have the prettiest smile!!!+
