This was my second year in a row going to Jackson Hewitt in Mundelein and the service was just as good as last, super easy and no hassle. My tax preparer this year went through each step of the process with me & answered every question I had. I have been recommending this location and will continue as well.
Had a great experience! Staff is very nice and helpful! Answered all my questions. Was told that I would get my return within 21 days after it was accepted, but it actually took less then that!!! Which was fantastic!! Thank you everyone at Jackson Hewitt!! Really appreciate all the help.
We recently moved to Mundelein. Monica did a very good job. So friendly and was able to answer any questions or concerns I had. I recommend making your appointment with her, I will definitely return to her every year!

I got my taxes done here this year after having a terrible experience at another local tax preparer. The male owner that prepared my taxes for me was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything in great detail and answered ALL questions I had. I had no issues when filing and received my refund in a timely manner. I have recommended family and friend's here and I will be back next year!
LIARS! I WAS TOLD I would have funds in my account the day I filed my tax return as it has always been done at HnR Block but that didn't happen! It has been 5 days and NOTHING! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I COULD HAVE DONE IT MYSELF FOR FREE! I NO LONGER TRUST THIS PLACE AND FEEL SICK ABOUT IT AND WILL PROBABLY TAKE LEGAL ACTION! I have seen many Jackson Hewitt offices have been sued for this same scam by the government! DON'T GO HERE!!!
I have been going to this location for years!! Never would I think of trying another location or tax prep service. The Manager Auzi and his associate are wonderful. Auzi does not treat you like a number. You will not feel rushed or under pressure. He takes all the time you need assisting with the necessary forms, clearly answering questions while providing advice/suggestions. The office is very clean with open space. Please make your tax appointment here or walk in. You will see exactly what I mean wishing you had tried a long time ago and will recommend to others.
This location is amazing. The customer service here is phenomenal. I have been coming to this branch for the last 3 years and I can’t stress this enough... every quarter has been amazing. The manager Auzi made me feel like he was there for me rather than my money. He personally spent hours upon hours in a single day with me when my taxes were a bit messed up from TurboTax. Glad that I found this place and I recommend highly to anyone reading this.
