Friendly and fast service, I've used Jackson Hewitt for years. Although this year it cost 200 dollars to do my taxes and I use the short form. I feel this has gotten to expensive and next year I will look into other tax service companies.
Ive been going to this particular office every year and e wry year it's mostly the same miserable people. Especially whomever answers the phone. Doesn't behave professionally and very rude. I made an appointment two weeks ago for early advance. Checked last night and it was cancelled. Called this morning and apparently they aren't doing it and are just open for the tax part. Which I dont get because nobody is doing a complete tax return without w2 first. Then she goes and apr is 35.9 percent. Um yea and so. Does my loan affect your return? The company you were hired for offers it. It brings business to your company, because if they get advance they have to file with your company. The apr is nowhere close to the fees you charge. How about instead of voicing about the fee you tell customers we charge hundreds of dollars to do your return. i paid 500 for my taxes to be done last year. I paid way less for advance. Bottom line, be professional. You are in a customer service job. Give customers a good experience to keep them coming back. Dont voice your annoyance with people wanting what your company has to offer. Be kind and answer any questions they may have. Any job like that can be frustrating at times and you do get some nasty customers. But it's your job to still be professional and kind. If you cant do that then go work elsewhere. Doesnt seem you like your job that much.
Horrible RUDE people work here.. I called to ask a simple question and the guy was rude as heck!!! He not only didn't answer my question but had no clue what he was talking about and has experience to be answering the phone! These people here have NO EXPERIENCE, charge you ALOT and will SCREW up your taxes! My fiance had to go somewhere else because they almost screwed him if he didn't fix the mistake they made! AVOID this place! They are so clueless!!
My experience with Jackson Hewitt was not a good one. I called bf hand to find out all the fees and what it would cost. Then they call me and tell me it’s going to be $50 more and my return was nothing. It was ridiculous.
We had a wonderful experience, and Kathleen was so professional and friendly. She is a really good agent, totally recommended. The office location is an easy access, clean and the waiting area is comfortable. Personel are friendly too. Hope we will do our taxes with her next year.
Worse place every to get your taxes done they changered me 500 dollars to get my taxes done DONT EVER GO HERE
