Service was fast. The tax professional that assisted me was friendly and efficient. My only negative feedback would be the amount I was charged for preparation which was $843.00 both this year and last year. I heard from a friend that Jackson Hewitt had a promotion out stating that they would not be charging over $150.00 for preparation this year due to the pandemic. I haven't personally seen it but it would be better if it were possible.
My husband and I have used Jackson Hewitt for several years now, we always use Serena and will continue allowing her to prepare our refund for us. She has always been amazing and definitely makes us feel welcome while we are there or even answering questions that we may have while we are waiting on our tax refund to come back! We also love the option of having the serve card/option for the same day advance as both are very helpful. Jackson Hewitt has been good in the event of something happening they will try everything in their power to help fix it. Highly recommend using them for any tax needs!
I’ve called numerous times trying to get update on my tax returns! Due to them not being able to just tell me anything and me knowing enough on my status filing the lady got mad because I knew and hung up in my face! I tried to go to them thinking they were LEGIT they don’t even know half of the tax breaks! Both people were very rude and the lady Lindsey hung up in my face because I asked a question and knew more than she was willing to tell me! This is sad! Those people don’t give you that nasty attitude I’m getting now before I filed! If you are in business doing taxes and you so happen to mess somebody’s up you don’t get to have a attitude with them simply fix it the best way you could! I haven’t gotten a price of what I owe them or anything like this is all around bad business!! I will be calling corporate because this is sad AND NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I USE THEM AGAIN! Don’t try and respond with I was arguing because I wasn’t I asked you a question and you just couldn’t tell me anything like you do others and decided to hang up which was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL whether you had a client or not! I w
Highly Recommend these ladies to anyone who is needing their taxes done. I have used Kristen for the last few years, she has always been so nice and helpful. She has years of experience, and trust her 100% to get us the most possible back. the other ladies in the office are great as well, friends have used 2 of the other ladies in this office and they were great as well!
Jackson Hewitt has been wonderful the last 2 years. Their people are very nice and helpful. They answer all my questions and they even call back when they say they will. You don't get that just anywhere.
Do not use them. They charge way more than everyone else and they didn't file my state for the last 5 years and accepted no responsibility for it and have been rude. Every person I talked to was rude and unprofessional. I'm only giving them a star because it won't let me move on until I do.
I've not had any issues with JH, everyone that I've ever come in contact with them has been very nice
We have used Jackson Hewitt in jasper for a couple of years now. Kristen Burton is my go to person. She is knows her stuff that’s for sure! Very sweet and kind and a hard worker . We always have a great experience with her even my children love going and seeing all the ladies at Jackson Hewitt.
