0 stars! But google won’t aka 0 star review. Deceptive pricing policies! They will not tell you the price of services until after! I was charge $644 to file my taxes. The prepared stated that they would not know cost until she finished preparing and was ready to to file!!!! Worst experience I have had with a business! I will be requesting an itemized bill so that I can see what they did! I will never use them again and everyone I know will be told of my experience.
I will never do my taxes here ever again. Apparently I have to verify my identity for my taxes, thats fine. However I filled on April 18th and no one informed me that any further action was required. As a customer who paid $190 for a service, this is obviously problematic especially when I have done my taxes for free in the past and they provide notice if something is wrong. I asked Belinda if I could speak to her manager. She said "no", that I need to contact the IRS first to verify my identity. Ok that's fine, but I paid for a service and you guys failed to provide me with information I needed. So that's why I still need to speak to her manager. Belinda proceeds to raise her voice at me. Saying no she will speak to the manager but I can't. I asked her not to raise her voice at me. She huffing, puffing, and mumbling in the background and keeps talking over me. Again, I ask why I can't speak to a manager. She then starts screaming at me and hangs up. I paid $190 for a service that did not inform me further action was required on my refund. And to have a representative raise her voice and scream at me. I am uncomfortable working with her again and am currently waiting for a manager to call. Again, my taxes are delayed because this company did not inform me to take further action. And because their tax pro has decided to intimidate me instead of help me. *update: was told a manager would call me today- no one ever did.
Ms. Belinda was awesome and so patient. Her personality is very warm. I was pleased with her attention to detail.
This is my 2nd year in a row coming to this Jackson Hewitt location. Everybody there is so nice and helpful. Mr. Hooper took care of me today. I love the fact that he gave me so much information and detail as he worked on my taxes. Will return ;o

This was my first time filing with them and the service was great! Akima was my tax preparer and she was great company while waiting. The service was fast and informative. She answered all my questions. The only thing I didn’t like was having to be approved for the advance and not getting the amount you expected. Other than that everything was fast and easy.

The tax professional was considered on what was best for my wife and I tax situation. Knowledgeable and pleasant professionals. I would recommend them.
My Representative was very knowledgeable, professional and an enormous amount of patience. I’d hire her immediately.
