I am a local notary and am very pleased that I decided to refer my clients to Ivonne! She has been very helpful and on point responding to my emails when I have been presented with a title or document in question to make sure my client is completely taken care of and has everything in order when they go see her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am so very impressed with Jackson auto title. I always have a very good interaction with the employees and the facility is great. I am no expert when it comes to titles and registration but Ivonne absolutely is. No matter the issue she knows the solution and is happy to help me, also she is very patient and kind. 10/10 would recommend.

Ivonne obviously doesn't belong at this place. Her customer service sucks and she is rude to everyone. My brother had to go 5 times before he got tags. Last time she told him to get out and come back Monday. Jackson Insurance, you are doing yourself and more importantly the customers, a disservice. Ivonne is ruining your business. Unbelievable!

100% do not recommend I've been up there multiple days trying to get my tags renewed I was met with aggression and rudeness the first day I brushed it off said okay that's fine I'll be back I called to make sure their system was up and running I was met with rudeness then as well about how it wasn't their system it's the state system I don't work there I don't understand how it works that's fine I just need my tags whoever system it is is it up and running yes it is but I need to be there before 4:00 I said okay I will be there and if I'm not I'll be there the next day I come the next day I'm told it won't be back until 1:00 I said excuse me I don't understand what you're trying to say it she said the lady who does tags I said oh okay well I'll just come back tomorrow I come back the very next day the lady is outside with a client watches me get out of my car walk to their door she makes it to the door before me walks inside and locks it in my face she doesn't say no ma'am sorry we're going to lunch what can we help you with can you come back at 1:00 nothing lock the door in my face without saying a word to me but watch me get out of my car and walk to the door with her as she walked to the door from her other client currently going somewhere else to get my tags renewed since getting into the DMV is basically a joke my first year ever getting tags in Louisiana I've lived in Arkansas this is ridiculous guys

Very very rude. They respond with attitude, worst than the state DMV by far, and this is a private company. Very surprising. I would definitely go to the OMV on E. Texas.

Worst place to go get insurance and tags ! The agents are rude and the tag lady ordering kids around like if she was their mom! Worst customer service I have ever received!! Never again will I return !

A variety of DMV needs are provided. No long wait time and the employees go out their way to resolve your issues. Very friendly.

Terrible service. I come here for all my dmv needs, but the past 3 times, Ivonne Alvarez always finds an issue with something and delays my progress. I’m being racially discriminated against, and she needs to work on her attitude. She kept yelling at me and my mom when we just needed a title transfer. 0/10 do not recommend.

They always take care of my DMV needs and light speed ahead of the local state facility.
