There's no other jeweler I would recommend more than Jackson Jewelers. A family member passed away 30 days ago and after spending thousands in funeral expenses money was tight. I wanted to create something special for me to have for the rest of my life and that could be handed down to my daughter later in life. I was able to take my mothers wedding ring to them and they helped me create something beautiful and special just for me. I also turned in some gold and they gave me a great deal and I was also able to put it towards my ring. They worked with me and I was so beyond thankful and happy words could never express.
I came to this place because it is down the street from my house. Also the reviews say it’s a great place. I come to get my repair and then the lady at the counter just looks at me and walks away.
They LOST gold ring with an amethyst stone! I took it in to have it sized up and when I went to pick it up they said we lost it. They said, "we're baffled and we've looked everywhere". They made me another ring that doesn't even compare and made me feel like a burden. The ring was just given to me by a very dear elder friend. Now its lost and they could care less. It's been Since March of this year2023 and still hasn't been found. They've just shrugged it off and acting like making me a ring is good enough. It's actually not,and I'm heart broken!
Really great, Bruce always does a wonderful job with my jewelry! He is the best. I have been going to him for more than 25 years. He designed our wedding rings! Thank you Bruce, you are the best!
My lucky horse shoe necklace got ripped off by a student at school. Every other jeweler said itd be a week to fix... I took it in, and the jeweler fixed it right then and there, on the house for being a special needs teacher. Made my week! Great people!!!
I went in today to get the band on my watch fixed. First off, the place was open, which was a relief during all this mayhem going on. When I walked in I was wearing a mask, and the unmasked man behind the counter greeted me in a friendly, cheery voice and told me to take it off if I felt comfortable doing so. That right there earned him my business. I payed $3 for a part that costs 1.6 cents and labor I could've done myself, but I don't mind a bit. Staying open and not requiring masks is enough for any local business to earn my money and my five stars.
If you have expensive jewelry and need a jeweler you can trust, this is the place! I will never trust my jewelry to be left with anyone except these fine people at Jackson Jewelry. They even do FedEx drop off and delivery. I have had jewels switched out before by other Jewelers, no worries here of that happening. Great owners!
I have gone here on multiple occasions for various services including ring resizing, wedding band saudering, and necklace clasp replacement. They are always so friendly, knowledgeable and charge very fairly. There are other jewellers closer to my house but I will always drive here because of the great service!
They are super helpful, took husband's watch in to get battery and fix. They were unable to fix and did not charge me for it.
