Horrible place to be in. The ceiling tiles are yellow showing water stains due to leaks. There is black mold on them as well. Roaches everywhere!

Took my dad in with an urgent problem from an earlier surgery, and I was going to take him to the ER if they couldn't see him. They took him right in and treated the situation. It was such a relief that I didn't have to take him to the ER and sit for hours.

I hate going to the doctors, but if you got to go. I guess it's better than not going.

Visit with my doctor at Tennessee urology. excellent facility and very well kept.easy in and out with plenty parking. Very welcome appearance and makes me feel very appreciated as a patient. The entire staff is beyond reproach and this is what a patient needs. Thanks

The bathrooms need a cabinet under the sink so when we run out of tissue or whatever else then, we won't have to open the door especially if someone has company we won't have to open the door to get it out of the closet!!!

I was there to take a friend to the ENT in building C. I never went in, but the building was in great shape.

I love the nurses in the practice I go to! They make an unpleasant experience fun!

Had to visit my dermatologist. Great visit and very satisfied. This is a great office if you need a doctor.

Awfully hard to find your Dr office here. The "map" is misleading and people that work there are unfamiliar and unsure how to get around. Was given inaccurate info from everyone I asked that worked in Jackson Plaza . Eventually found the office by circling around to the back side. Get better signage!!
