These people are just the best. The former owner of our house left an old riding mower behind. It was in questionable shape. Jackson Small Engine not only got it running again, but cleaned off multiple layers of mud. I had never used a riding mower before and Tim patiently taught me how to use and care for it when he dropped it off. I have a Poulan riding lawn mower. They are one of the few shops that work on Poulan mowers in the Savannah area. Although Ellabell is a bit of a drive for me, I don't mind. I've taken my riding and push mowers there over the past few years and Jackson Small Engine Service always does a great job of repair and maintenance . They are knowledgeable and polite. The next time my mowers need work, I plan to take them to Jackson.

Great place, great people. Can get you the parts you need fast. They have a line of equipment waiting to be fixed, all brands, because their good at it, and at a good price too. They sell Snapper equipment which is far better than the box store throwaway mowers, very heavy duty. Bought mine from them three and 1/2 years ago after destroying two mowers in three months. I have a large yard with roots that beat it up. Only changed some belts, blades and oil. Then found i had a bad hydraulic leak, could not find it so I took it to their shop, turned out to be a loose hose. They could have said I needed a rebuild, they were honest and fair. This is a great place with fair prices on high quality equipment, parts, and service. Nice friendly honest people.
