Loved the water and the space.. bathroom could use a good deep clean. And to the lady who was up til one am loudly complaining about "the light" every 5 seconds just turn a different direction and quit whining
Great Chill spot. Nice hot springs pool and the Goddess Temple was cool

Laid-back, very "granola" vibe here! Wonderful yet inexpensive alternative to otherwise expensive hot springs in Oregon. We paid for two 1.5 hr sessions - opting for the "clothing optional" evening session from 9 pm - 10:30 pm, and the regular morning session from 9 am - 10 :30 am. The evening crowd attracted primarily "youngsters" like ourselves - men & women in their late 20s and 30s, very talkative, very social. However, the morning crowd was 180degrees opposite - we were likely the youngest ones there by a few decades!!! They "shush"ed those who spoke above a whisper, and so many glares were thrown around. We found it very entertaining! Camping here is cheap and in an open meadow at the front of the compound. We felt safe although cold!!! and none of our stuff seemed to have been messed with when we left it unattended. However, we did catch sight of 2 tweakers who camped out beside us, talking about "who has the dope" - their car had fabric covering all its windows we assume they were shooting up inside while their little girl waited outside but they were gone by morning. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience!
This place is an institution and so important to southern Oregon. Four stars for something that is a five star experience because of the lack of payment options this year. Packages and soaking passes made this place accessible to the local community. Having short schedules soaks at $15 now has created a much larger barrier to access the healing waters. I love this place and will continue to come as long as I can. I only wish I could more easily afford coming here as often as I would like to.
I think overall I was let down by my experience here. It seems like this place needs a bit more care and either needs to commit to being for guests or for long term residents. At times I felt uncomfortable, and while I can really appreciate the hippie and bohemian culture, it felt a bit too much. The hot spring water isn’t what I am used to and very sulfury. Very. I wish I had stayed elsewhere. $50 rv spot plus $10 soak didn’t even do it makes this place a skip for me.
Great place to camp or have an extended stay! The rates for camping are really cheap especially since there is the mineral tub. If you want to stay in the Tipi or any other Glamping tents they are also very affordable no more than $45 a night. The wellspring is very clean just remember to make a reservation because they only let so many people in the hot tub between cleanings.
First time we have been to a hot spring and it was a really good experience. It was very clean, employees were really nice and it had a fair amount of people. We did the night public swim and the night sky was beautiful. I really recommend coming here if you are traveling through like we are or if you are a local and want to just relax.
Love camping in the meadow. The other campers are always very respectful. The soaking area is worth it every time. My favorite place is the sauna though. I will be back religiously.
The pools themselves are nice, people seemed respectful yet open. There are changing rooms and hot showers with soap. I'd like to give some advice to anyone making a camping reservation here. It's really not the serene meadow you see pictured on the website. It's parallel with hwy 99 and traffic is non-stop. We thought it would die down after a certain hour on a weekday, but it did not. I know campgrounds are hit and miss with fellow campers but we must have missed because there was a group of people up until 2am chatting and cackling and playing music from a phone. I wish there had been a more proactive camp host to shut that down. When we used the bathroom in the morning, it was a bit horrifying. Very grungy - it seemed that all of the on-site community and RV campers and tent campers use the same facility, which was a tiny space with a shower and 3 toilet stalls but the stalls were so small there couldn't have been more than 8 inches between the toilet seat and stall door. I had to spread my knees to get the door shut. We reserved 4 nights but left the first morning - mostly due to traffic noise, but all of the circumstances together made it worth losing that money and spending more on a hotel in town.
