Dr.Fathi is amazing. He was so professional , patient & polite. I’m so thankful to have had him as my orthodontics as I have been dealing with several other orthodontics that just wasn’t the right fit for me. I highly recommend. Congrats to him on his future endeavors.
Dr. M. Fathi is the absolute best doctor I've ever worked with. I always have my 2 year old with me so going in the building is very difficult for me. Dr. Fathi walks my daughter to my van after ever appt. & kindly goes over exactly what he did. I'm so thankful for him. JU has been NOTHING but great! Bringing my other girls there, for sure. Worth every penny. 10 STARS
I had a great experience with JU Orthodontics both for myself and my teenage son. They facilities are brand new, and the staff is professional and kind. My resident, Dr. Alqarni, was the best! She worked with me on all of my appointments, and she always answered my texts when I had a problem with our braces. I felt like she actually cared about my teeth, and I always felt comfortable and safe while she was working on me. My supervising orthodontist, Dr. Vezina, was also fantastic. I will soon be going back with my other kids in the years to come. Thank you JU Orthodontics, Dr. Vezina, and Dr. Alqarni!
I had a great experience at JU orthodontist. I was told that my case would need surgery, Not only did I not get surgery but my teeth looks brand new. As me and my doctors discuss how much I didn’t want surgery. I was told about a technique called Meow. It only took 2 years and I’m extremely happy with my results. I recommend all who are in need of braces to go there. 5 Stars hands down !!!!!
I highly recommend JU Orthodontist. Prices are very reasonable, the doctors will work with your schedule and most of all, you leave with great results!!! Due to my hectic work schedule I had to constantly reschedule appointments. The docs were understanding and accommodating. My daughters haven’t stopped smiling since they had their braces removed. I cannot thank enough Dr. Nairooz, Dr. Griffith and Dr. Peterson for the outstanding job they did with my daughter. From the beginning they made her feel comfortable and explained the treatment in detail so we always knew what what’s being done and what to expect. Excellent communication and quick response. Definitely I couldn’t ask for a better outcome. My daughter was voted the best smile @ her school! Thank you and thank you again!!
The doctors and facilities are amazing. The brand new building is amazing and aesthetically pleasing. HOWEVER, the blonde lady at the front desk has the WORST customer service I have ever seen. She is so rude to patients who are just trying to get checked in while already stressed about the rest of their day. It absolutely baffles me how someone who deals with people as a living has such a off putting and crude personality. I’m thinking about switching orthodontists because of this. If she can be fired this review would easily be a five star. Fix your manners or get a new job lady this is not for you.
Best place for braces in Jacksonville. Flat fee you can make payments on, all student work is overseen by a licensed practicing DDS. Super nice people, even during COVID, I've even read 2 books while waiting for my son in the parking lot so far. Next up, War and Peace.
