Jacqueline's is your custom jewelry headquarters. From start to finish your custom piece will be done in house with our state of the art equipment. We also do basic repairs all the way to total repurposing. We can also do watch repair, pearl restringing, engraving and appraisals.

I was in town for my wedding and needed a last minute ring resizing, so I called Jacqueline and she was able to get me in same day and called me back a few hours later with my ring resized and polished and paid extra attention to make sure it was just right. 10/10 recommend to anyone for all jewelry needs- she carries beautiful pieces and her service is top notch.
I recently worked with Jacqueline to design an engagement ring for my now fiancé, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! Jacqueline and her staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in the door, and she was so open and patient with my needs and questions as we talked through what I was looking for. Thanks to her insight we were able to come to the perfect design after only one in-store meeting, and her staff did an unbelievable job at crafting the ring. The ring came out exactly as I pictured it, and my fiancé can't take her eyes off of it!
Jacqueline’s redesigned my wedding ring. I love my newly designed ring. It is beautiful. It makes me so happy just to look at it. The customer service at Jacqueline’s is outstanding. They definitely went out of their way to make me happy!
I had the most amazing experience yesterday with Jacqueline at her highland park store. I happened to be in the area and decided to pop in and see their selection of wedding bands. I had previously lost my diamond and was told prior from other jewerly shops I would have to buy a new band, because my ring couldn't be repaired. I told Jacqueline my story and how important my ring was to me and without heasitation she began showing me diamonds and assured me she could help bring my ring back to life. I was so grateful and I wanted to cry and hug her at the same time. She really went above and beyond to make my experience personal. I have never been treated like "Family" walking into an establishment for the first time. I can't wait to go back and thank her personally for not only making my day but allowing my son to have a beautiful family heirloom to pass on to him. I am forever grateful!
When searching for an engagement ring with my now fiancé, we stumbled into Jacqueline's Saturday evening of course 15 minutes before they closed- which we didn't realize and the staff was unbelievably nice. We didn't know what we wanted, an idea, but hadn't seen anything like what we I visioned at any jewelry store we visited. The staff went out of their way, even at closing, to figure out what we were looking for and somehow, with all their help and guidance, we designed a breathtaking ring. We left feeling like finally someone understood what we were looking for. Within a couple days we had received a call from Jacqueline herself and we went back to the design process. She was knowledgable, very reassuring and such a pleasure to work with. Every step of the process was handled with professionalism and confidence. The store has a jeweler on sight who fabricated our rings and the turned out simply stunning. Thank you Jacqueline for an amazing start to our story.
Jacqueline and her team redesigned some sapphire jewelry I inherited from my grandmother into 2 beautiful pieces that I can wear everyday! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!
Jacqueline redesigned my marquis engagement ring to look like an oval by placing a halo around it. Now I wear it in a necklace. I get compliments every day.
Jacqueline went above and beyond to make sure my husbands ring was engraved on time for our wedding. All the staff was so nice there!
