Do not go here if you're not Caucasian. I made an appointment for my daughter to get a hair cut. She long wavy hair. Showed up to our appointment 5 minutes early, entered the salon and walked up to the desk to check in. There was a stylist in a red jacket by the front window taking pictures of her clients hair. My daughter and I waited to be acknowledged, greeted at the very least. 8 minutes after arriving and we still hadn't been helped. The stylist I mentioned before walked by us a few times as well. She failed to let anyone know we were waiting Finally the receptionist made it back to her desk and began to make phone calls, all the while my daughter and I were ignored. I went to her to inform her of our appointment and she let our stylist know. Fortunately, our stylist Lindsey was amazing and did a great job on my daughter's hair. I also noticed that while I waited for my daughter, 4 other clients walked in and were greeted immediately upon arrival. I'm not exactly sure what happened that day, if the employees aren't used to a darker shade of client and I looked like I didn't belong. Either way, I felt very uncomfortable being in there and unfortunately will not be taking my daughter again.
Olivia is the BEST! I can't speak for most of the stylists but she did an amazing job on my color and only charged me 80 something dollars?! She's very friendly and will talk about anything with you. Has very good policy reguarding when they mess up, styling hair after for no additional charge, etc. Definitely have themselves a new regular client. I recommend this place to anyone who might be inexperienced in hair dying or has never been to a professional salon. I had never had my hair bleached or colored before I went to Chameleon, and the folks here went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable during the process, and of course to get my desired look! Thank you so much Sarah, thank you Chameleon!
Very nice employees. My hair stylist did a fantastic job on my hair style! First time with this salon, Although I give it a 3 star due to the expense. Nearly $90.00 for this, which is beautiful and a mini hand lotion for 7.99. Service: Hairstyling
I absolutely love how Olivia did my hair !! Color and cut was perfect and she's such a kind loving person !! Definitely going back to her !
If you are unable to do ethnic hair don't list under Google that you can. Also called to make appointment explaining what we needed and still scheduled with us knowing that they weren't experienced enough to to do the cut. So arrived and got treated like we were from a different world. Very racist. Really embarrassing for a teenager.
Peyton was phenomenal. She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful! She even surprised me with a beautiful style and curl. I felt like a million bucks and she made me feel great about myself. I will always go to Chameleon to see Peyton!
I’m rarely pleased with a haircut but since going to Julie that’s changed, she is great!
Erin is great! I have my regular hair stylist, but she is hard to get to on shorter notice. Chameleon is very close to my place of employment and I thought I would give them a shot for all of my maintenance haircuts in between my perms and cuts I get with my regular stylist. I am definitely not disappointed and will continue to seek out Erin for all of my maintenance cuts. She is extremely good at listening to what I am looking for in my haircut, as well as giving me advice on how to achieve the look I'm going for.
Molly is the best stylist I have gone too. She listens to what I want but yet still makes sure that what I want will work for me. She is incredibly skilled at color and I trust her and her judgement fully. The salon itself is very laidback and comfortable.
