Jaguar Doctor - Orlando Jaguar Repair Maintenance

I have been using these guys for about 6 years to service my 2001 Jaguar XK8. They know these cars inside and out. I highly recommend these true automotive professionals. They will always do the right thing!

I am coming close to 77 years old and had my first Jag, an XJ6, in England in 1976. In Florida I bought a new 2008 model XJ Vanden Plas at the end of 2007 which I have looked after lovingly but the original air suspension went faulty. Very rarely nowadays do you come across someone who is competent, confident and gives GOOD value with their service. Andy gets Brownie Points on all those attributes. Thank you Andy and your staff who replaced the air suspension with a suspension ride kit plus gave my pride and joy a thorough inspection. I told Andy to replace anything he thought might be in need of change within the next couple of years. They did not find anything. That is really honest!

Andy is great! The best mechanic shop I’ve ever done business with. He was very informative and didn’t rush me to fix a bunch of things just to make money. Also his pricing was more than fair it was good. If you own a Jaguar or a luxury car that’s hard to find. The technician Rudy always goes above and beyond not only on the repairs, he checks your vehicle over and does a very thorough multi-point inspection for safety and other upcoming needs. There's no pressure or upselling - ever. Most of all there is no dealer nonsense. I have known the owner Andy for several years along with the technician Rudy and you will NEVER find better people as individuals and as technicians. This is one of those shops that has the caliber of honest work that's done right every time at reasonable prices. Andy, the Jaguar Doctor is amazing!!! He is a true professional. He is patient, kind, and honest. I have known him almost 4 years, and he has worked on three of my Jaguars. All had major issues, yet Andy and Rudy together can find a solution. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about him! I trust him completely and always will.
