Jake's Music Service provides the Chicagoland community with new and used instruments, music lessons, music accessories, and repairs.
Jake's Music Service offers a large variety of instruments for sale that are both new and used. We carry numerous brands of saxes, flutes, clarinets, trumpets, euphoniums, guitars, basses, drums, and trombones.
We use the highest quality of repair materials to repair, overhaul and evaluate instruments. Jake and his staff have repaired instruments for the local and internationally known music groups as well as many public and private schools Chicagoland area. All instruments are repaired on site.
In addition to our repair services, Jake’s offers music lessons to the community. Our teaching facility has four large studios. Many of our students have received awards and have been placed in advanced bands. Some have received scholarships to specialized music programs, like VH1 Jazz Camp. We have an array of teachers who have different backgrounds and learning experiences for our students. Lessons are $20 for one half-hour lesson and students generally take one half-hour lesson per week. We offer lessons in saxophone, flute, percussions, guitar, violin, trumpet, trombone, piano, mandolin, voice, and tuba.
