Lilia is a professional at her craft, very polite and eager to get you the right plane ticket prices. Highly recommend

Horrible experience, the lady  was so unprofessional. When we went inside, she would leave us to talk on the phone, she guaranteed our tickets were safe until December due to coronavirus and instead, when we tried to claim them, she said the airline said they could not and so we lost $2000 on flight tickets because we placed our trust in her and took her word for it. Now she claims she has no power over the fact that the airline changed policies, but she reassured us, 3 times, our tickets were going to be valid until the end of December, it is only July now. Please do not trust this establishment, the lady picks and chooses who she wants to help and blames others for her unprofessionalism.

Do not go here! They steal your money and very unprofessional. Not only that but the lady gives you attitude and very judgmental. As a customer you should not feel hostility. Go directly to airlines where they can guarantee your flight. Thank me later.

She does a wonderful job!!! She may take more then 5mins to help but she makes sure your getting best deals also and all she really tries to do is multi task answer calls attend people she's running a business on her own and she tries to always have pacients in my honest opinion if you cant wait more then 5 mins  its your lost she goes through hell and up to run her buisness and please many people as she can with deals... So give her a break for trying to look for better options for her customers and letty a sweet heart!!!
