She may take more then 5mins to help but she makes sure your getting best deals also and all she really tries to do is multi task answer calls attend people she's running a business on her own and she tries to always have pacients in my honest opinion if you cant wait more then 5 mins its your lost she goes through hell and up to run her buisness and please many people as she can with deals... So give her a break for trying to look for better options for her customers and letty a sweet heart!!!
