Update: I was contacted by the general manager about the issue and he refunded my money and offered a brief explanation of the cause of the food contamination. He promised they would strive to do better next time. I appreciate the effort on his part and for maintaining excellent customer service standards. As a result I am going to change my original 1 star review to a 5 star review based on the customer service experience. I will give this place another chance in the future, but I definitely won't be ordering anything with pine apple in it any time soon. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Staff was unprofessional and rude. Drink had foreign fibers in it that appear to have come off a scrub brush. Staff did not care or empathize or offer refund or replacement. Do not go here.
We tried their smoothy and it was delicious, workers tried their best and they were fast but the place need more care.
One of the workers was hogging the bathroom and with my medical condition the more I wait the more dangerous it is and he was just sitting in there been in there forever. Couldn't buy anything like I wanted cuz my husband was working and had to go. I worked in restaurants and shouldn't take you 20 minutes to pee when your 18 maybe 50 but that kid was definitely slacking off.
They're still open! Considering all the other locales shut down, we're grateful this location remained open. The staff is very friendly, but not the most helpful. The drinks are inconsistently made, so you can order the same thing every time you go, and depending on who makes it, it will probably taste different. The plus side, it's fruit, and almost always tastes great, no matter how differently they made it. There is no wifi here and the signal on Tmobile phones is the Worst in this area, so if you have the Jamba app and wish to use a coupon, open it Before you get here.
It was okay. The smoothies were not mixed. But the employees were nice that's why I gave to stars Please do better this is the second time I have gone to jamba and it hasn't been good
Walk in 1:45pm and waited for 10 min before someone that work here did a favor and came from the back to get my order, I told him that I was just standing here waiting for 10 min and he was “okay.. what do you want to order”. Don’t think I’ll come here again.
I usually always havr a great experience here with no issues. The one time my experience was not a good one, the manager Megan, took care of things immediately. The problem was rectified and my encounters since have been great once more.
Always a positive energy at Jamba! I miss the location closer to my neighborhood, but I still enjoy the lemongrass and orange juice they provide!
I Like this blue smoothie, I don't remember what or which one it's called, But it's the best thing i've ever had in my life.
Love it more than any place to get a drink from. Only downfall is the sizes of drinks. Too small.
