This location's Jamba Juice was pretty good. Aside from the small wait around lunch, we had no issues. They took our order promptly and were friendly. The place was well maintained. No seating inside but the outside seating was set up. The drink we got was mango a go-go and that was on point. They also take online orders for easier payments.
Noted on Yelp they have a very poor review. I went today and was served by Jayy. I was the only customer in the store. Jayy was polite and made a good peanut butter chocolate love. I found the store was clean, but has limited inside seating and 2 tables outside. I will note that I went before the lunch rush. This location can get very busy during that time.
I made two orders online, then went later to collect. When I arrived, they had no internet, thus did not know about the orders, but immediately checked my phone and went about making it right. Drinks and service both very good.
09/18/21 6:20p.m. I was the 1st costumer, 3 more came, everyone got theirs orders before us, and when we ask for our order the rude guy just said "don't worry about it" we ask what do you mean? again "don't worry about it" with a rude attitude. Horrible costumer service. So unprofessional and rude.
Had a peach smoothy. Bits of frozen peach would get stuck in the straw. No dine in seating. Only outdoor seating. Place needs some cleaning.
I hate this Jamba juice! Actually I don't like any of the Jamba juice owned by M5 investments. The one in town and country sucks too. There upper management is so unprofessional. Reavenswood never have what you want and sometimes they're not open when they should
Make great smoothies. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program to earn reduce drinks. There is poor cell reception inside so if you need to use your coupon, make sure to load it up from outside. Android pay works at this location.
Drinks were amazing as always. Service was pretty slow though. Took them close to 15 min. for our order and it was pretty vacant when we went.
Always closed when they are suppose to be open. Extremely poor management. 3 x I've come here and every time they were closed even though they are suppose to be open till 7. Today I came at 5:20. Ridiculous and unreliable. I guess the in professionalism reflects that of the area. Town and country is better.
I go to all the samba juice's and never have they brought it out to me. Great service and very fast I might add. Will definitely be back.
