Rides are a little run down, but overall the place was neat and not very dirty. Lines were quick and my kids enjoyed the rides and air conditioning for many hours. I will definitely return during the summer months.
We got a social deal which is the only reason we went to Jambo. It looked run down when we first walked in. They were severely understaffed! There were 2 rides out of order and another ride that didn't even have an attendant. There were VERY FEW arcade games and all OLD. 2 Different games ate our tokens and another game was out of tickets. It is more like indoor carnival rides rather than an indoor amusement park. The bathroom was dirty and out of paper towels and the paint was peeling and wearing away. The prize area was terrible, tiny trinkets not worth the overpriced game tickets. We have been to many other indoor game places for kids and this was by far the WORST prize area. The staff was not excited about their job at all. One girl was eating and drinking at the prize area and 2 different employees had stains and holes on their shirts. The girls were more interested in talking to each other instead of paying attention to the ride they were assigned to. EVERYTHING is overpriced!! Before we left we let the kids go on the bumper cars. After they got off is when we let them cash in their tickets... as we were waiting for an employee to help us, one of the bumper cars started sparking and set on fire! Luckily it was one that was being "fixed" so no kid was on it, BUT there was a little girl riding a car that was right in front of it when it set on fire! They are lucky no one got hurt!! Lets just say we are NEVER going back there!!!!!
You know, I was really disappointed at the fact that I couldn't find not one thing to complain about. Trust me, I was trying very hard, LOL! Everything was clean, in good working order, pizza tasted better than pizza hut's pizza, free UNLIMITED refills, nice employees/manager, neat fun rides/games, CHEAPwhen you sign up for the mailing list, you get a 50% OFF coupon, which makes it ONLY $8.00 for 1st child & ONLY $3.00 for each adult! I think we spent a TOTAL OF MAYBE $25.00 FOR THE FOUR OF US! Actually ONLY 1 thing I found that didn't like; the small booths & rickity chairs/tables.....Our daughter had a blast! Thx Jambos!
Overpriced, even with the coupon, for what it is... Rides and games out of order, employees don't appear to be too hygienic , they hide around corners and scare children on the rides as well as jumping.on and off select rides as.they were running with surely does.not set a good example for the children to follow.. needless to say, I don't think we'll be coming back
The workers here are creeper status. Wouldn't trust glenn with my goldfish much less kids
