My father passed away in February of 2016. Which was also my birthday so this has been a very trying year for me thus far. But James A. Morton and Sons made my life a lot easier with their Pre-Need funeral arrangements. I know I sound like a commercial but this family owned funeral home is still the way to go for that personal touch when interning your loved one!!!!

Phoned and went to vm. No identification as to if I reached the f.h. or a private residence. Then called the Laurens St # woman was very curt and rattled off arrangements as if she was reading a menu. Customer service definitely needs improvement.
