This Man is horrible, rude and unprofessional such a crook. Please don’t use him my love one was delivered in a mini van to the church. Her casket was a used casket, rusted and peeling at the bottom of the casket. He stay in his mini van so he didn’t have to answer question. The Obituary was wrong and horrible done by the Funeral home the deceased information was wrong and the name was spelled wrong. When calling to review the obituary he didn’t respond to any of the calls . His license should be questioned !!!!!! Please don’t put you or your love ones through this unprofessional service horrible horrible horrible and the staff is unprofessional and rude just as well include the guy that use to sell stuff down town newark on market street.
If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. I hate having to leave a review such as this especially for a black owned business however right is right and wrong is wrong and the way Mr. Robinson does business is wrong. He's none communicative. Getting in contact with him is a hassle and he will LITERALLY hangup the phone on you. He does not return phone calls. You can't leave voicemails. There was a mixup when it came to the cremation and retrieving the Urn. However, this is who you're supposed to trust to take care of your loved one. Please go elsewhere.
They still have my love ones ashes and they took my money. Something has to be done and it will.
