Dr Sales is amazing to work with, he takes time and listens to any concerns I have. He is very kind and even jokes with me at times. The staff quickly answer calls and questions. Medication refills are quick to call in and arrive same day to my pharmacy. It has been a great experience working with Dr. Sales and his team for several years now.
I thought Dr. Sales was good, but the staff needs to brush up on their customer service skills. My career is in the service industry, I don't get to sit behind a desk and dictate my daily workload, it's very dynamic. I called several hours in advance to let them know I was stuck at a service call and needed to reschedule my appointment. I barely got out what I needed to say and was promply told I was going to get charged a fee for a "No Show." Just keep in mind that if you're thinking of going here, they think their time is more important than yours and you need them they don't need you. Needless to say they got their last dollar out of me for their "No Show" charge. I'm very happy with my new Doctor, their friendly staff, and virtual appointments.
I truly can't believe this man is licensed in our country to be a psychiatrist. My wife is traumatized from her interactions and experiences with him. I would like to start a petition to discuss the unprofessionalism and lack of conduct and empathy he shows to his clients. His reviews are awful and speak for themselves. This isn't the 1st time I've heard of his lack of concern for his patients. Disappointing.
Lady on the phone was super rude. Kept grilling me about what Drs id seen and what the reason was that I wanted to go there. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional just don't take new clients if you're going to be like that.
Office staff and nurse Maria are rude and uncaring. Will not help or mail out forms when asked. The office does not respond to repeated attempts by pharmacy or patient about obtaining refills. When repeatedly requesting a certain mg of medication for refill, the wrong amount is sent to pharmacy. Increases and decreases in dosages happen randomly without disclosing to patient. Doe not submit refills in a timely manner, causing patient to have withdrawals.
Worst doctor I’ve seen. I stopped seeing Dr. Sales months ago, but recently needed my records and help again. In my medical records, he wrote a lot of false information about my personal history. What he put down was so completely off from what I said about my own life, that it was laughable and I canceled my next appointment. They wanted me to send a letter about what was wrong in the records, but I forgot to do that. Later on, my family wanted me to make an appt. again but he refused to see me over not getting that letter. Also, his staff are always very blunt and rude on the phone. Dr. Sales doesn’t seem like he is passionate about his field of work. If he was, he would actually listen to his patients, be available more than 3 out of the 7 days in a week, and hire a new office staff.
I am very surprised by the negative review, since I had the opposite experience. I felt Dr. Sales took a lot of time with me reviewing my history and symptoms. His explanation of my condition was much more thorough than that of the first neurologist I saw. He was careful to explain terminology, and was very pleasant to me. I left with a clear plan of action and, for the first time in months of pursuing an answer to my symptoms, I felt as if I was finally heard, and helped.
Hands down the worst psychiatry office I’ve ever been to. The reception staff members are incredibly rude, don’t communicate, and mess up billing. You’d think that if you worked at an office where people come because they’re struggling, you’d be a little kinder. Nope. Not here. Dr. Sales is controlling, rude, disorganized, and has no bedside manner at all. He doesn’t listen, cuts you off when you’re trying to explain things, and was consistently judgmental. I saw him for only about 2 or 3 months and started looking for a new provider. Absolutely do not go here. I would give zero stars if I could.
Dr. Sales is a pleasant person, unless questioned about anything. He did not realize that he had me on benzodiazepines for 10 YEARS, I brought this to his attention recently. This caused him to cut my prescription causing seizures and panic attacks. He is toying with my health because he was ignorant to the long term effects of benzos 10 years ago. I am 22 years old and will probably never have a “normal” life, considering my developmental teen years were spent on massive quantities of Xanax. I have paperwork from Mayo Clinic diagnosing me with epilepsy which he CHOOSES to ignore continually. I brought a pharmacist newsletter AND a medical professional with me as well as listed possible treatments with all of the ones I’ve tried crossed out. He recommended I try every antidepressant again, including new generation ones with little to no info available about their effects. Condescending, disrespectful, and dehumanizing, are words that sum up my experiences with Sales. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a healthcare professional and staff. Seriously don’t waste your time and money. No matter what you say he’s going to put you on antidepressants. Signed, a former long time patient who actually doesn’t have anything wrong with them besides the chemical imbalances he created. P.s. I wrote this review after my last appointment a year ago with no intention of posting it. I’m posting it now because he scheduled another appointment for me in July of last year without my consent. He then sent this bill to collection agencies. I am receiving letters 10 months later asking to pay but the office could not provide the itemized bill to me.
So glad I met Dr. Sales. He really listens and makes me feel very relaxed and comfortable. He is really easy to talk to. He is very personable. So many in this field are not. I would highly recomend him. He is really booked up, but don't hesitate to make an appointment, because there may be cancellations and you can get in sooner.
