Excellent store awesome staff

Rented a pick up truck to drive around while in town. The employee was rude. The truck was dirty, dented and broken. When I tried to return the truck the employee wouldn't even let me or my dad in the office to complete the transaction. It was so hot outside. I didn't feel like I was valuable not important. Rented a 10ft truck from Avery Muffler and I had a fantastic experience. Lindsey was exceptional in her knowledge and customer service skills. I'll be choosing Avery next time I'm in town.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My items are loaded quickly. The entire experience is positive and I'm in and out in minutes. I love this store and recommend it to anyone who has pets or animals. Thanks Patti and Jamestown Hay & Feed.

Always very helpful. Has only high quality food. Has several types of hay to choose from at reasonable as much as can be expected in high hay price time prices. Will order what you need or want if they don't have it. My go-to even with several feed stores to choose from.

Patty and her staff are wonderful! Always helpful. Clean, friendly environment. Patty is willing to do special orders, and help educate on products in need or might help. She carries freeze dried minnows which my dogs love and my 1 food compromised dog can eat. She also carries other dog treats that appear to be of a higher quality with decent price point. She carries Stable Mix Sr with GC in both barrels and bag, all types of livestock/poultry feed, Cool Stance and mini flake shavings. All of which is loaded for me into my truck...score for me and my stock... Side she also supports the kids in the community by supporting kids doing fair, and Special Olympics. Overall 5 star!!!

Anyone who buys pet food at a pet store really doesn't know what a feed store is for. Even a big Box store can't touch their prices. So, when we got a dog we came here to get the food. They couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. They went through all of the options and we decided on a food. They also said that they could order anything that we wanted. I have a small dog but buy a big bag of food. I'm not as strong as I was in the beginning, so I went down one size in the food. In the beginning it was okay. Then they began running out sometimes. Finally they said that there are only two of us buying this food in this size. They are much less accommodating than they were. They have kind of left us high and dry.

Love getting my chicken, wild bird seed, and straw here. They also have good and reputable brands of dog and cat food among other supplies. Shop local

Stopped by to pick up some Orchard Grass and TripleCrown Balancer horse grain, had another beautiful experience with staff and Tyler. I recommend this place, great store, great products and great help loading it all up!

I am so happy and pleased to find this place. I was going out of town to pick up my feed and now I can come here and its so much closer! The owner is wonderful and helpful they have everything I need. Thank you
