There are not enough positive things for me to say about Total Health and Fitness!! I have worked with David J. for over 7 years. He has taught me so much about fitness and nutrition, been supportive and encourages me every step of the way. I was able to meet with a consultant today. She was very knowledgeable and listened really well and was engaged with what I had to share about my health. The facility is very clean and well taken care of. Several machines are available with personal training. I look forward to being able in the near future to work with them on my health journey. Nutritionist Chrissy Andrus is amazing, understanding hashimoto's and PCOS has been a huge struggle for me, however she directs me, educates me and keeps me accountable in ways of being mindful what I put into my body.

I loved my experience at Total Health and Fitness! My consultant, Jamie, was both professional and personal. She had high expectations then cheered me on to help me exceed my fitness goals. I learned so much about exercise and nutrition and was amazed at the consistent results that came from following my personalized exercise and nutrition plan. I loved that the recipes were simple and delicious and were made by fresh ingredients I could find at the grocery store. At the end of my 12 week program, I lost a total of 15 lbs of fat and felt strong, healthy, and empowered. Thank you, Total Health and Fitness!
I’m a firm believer of investing in yourself and your body, and doing a 12-week nutrition program no personal training here with Chanelle was worth every penny. Not only did she help me reach my goals and get in the best shape of my life, but she also helped me learn how to be accountable to myself and listen to my body. I feel like I dont have to force myself to “diet” and spend all day in the gym to stay in shape. Instead, I have personal experience with how balanced eating and consistency in the gym can make me feel good, energized, and see the results I want and have been chasing my whole life. Go here with determination to follow the plans you make, and it will be worth it! I can’t recommend Chanelle enough!
I have worked with David Johns off and on at Total Health and Fitness for several years now. All of the employees there really know their stuff and have helped me dial in my diet for great results. Best thing is they base it on foods you like and is easy to maintain. Its not only for those who are out of shape either. I’m in great shape, but occasionally need to get myself back on track and have some accountability and Total Health and Fitness is the best I’ve found for helping me do this. I would recommend them for anyone trying to improve their overall health or fitness level...beginner to advanced!
Going to Total health and Fitness literally changed my life! I worked with Anjee and she is AMAZING! She not only helped me reach my fitness goals, but she also taught me and gave me all the tools to stay looking/feeling great after my program ended. I had no idea how much I simply didn’t know before going there! Now over a year later, I still always refer to the meal plans, workout plans and healthy recipes they gave to me during my program. I am still in the best shape I have ever been in and I don’t have to stress about it. Seriously awesome experience with Total Health and Fitness! Worth every penny!
