Cute little lash Boutique. Easily got in for some lash extensions last minute with Jenna. I was nervous getting an appointment with someone that was available last minute but she was amazing! My lashes look so good! Highly recommend. They took great care of me and I hope to visit again next time I am in town. Thank you thank you thank you ladies!

I have been coming to this location for a year. Since day one, Emory has been my go to lash artist. Emory is one of the most genuine and kind-hearted people I know. He has a unique way of making people feel special, and his positivity and kindness are something I really appreciate. I look forward to our appointments and I always walk out of there feeling like a million bucks, inside and out. Plus, his retention on the lashes is unmatched. I tend to go 2-3 weeks without a fill and my lashes still look great! The newer receptionist Daniella is also a sweetheart. She is always very efficient and kind during our interactions. 10/10 would recommend!Services:&nbsp;Eyebrow beautification

Been going here for a couple of months and tried a number of lash artists but my favorite lash artist by far has to be Amber. My retention with her is amazing and shes is the biggest sweetheart. I always enjoy having conversations with her and she always leaves me lashes perfect and exactly how I like them.Service:&nbsp;Eyelash extensions

Red is a great artist and super fun to talk with. Will definitely be my go to lash guy. I've never had to wait, he for the most part, did exactly what I asked for and the prices are on par with what you'd expect to pay at a lash bar. Parking is convenient at the store front, the decor and general aesthetic is lovely. The lazy boy was so comfy that had we not been having such great conversation, I would have slept. 10/10.

Horrible experience!!! I went in excited, as it was my first time putting on extensions. Really wish I hadn’t! I had my appointment on Wednesday evening and by Thursday morning about 80% had fallen off. I reached out and they asked for photos. Kindly, they scheduled me for a “touch up”. The girl that took me in then advised me she could only do 1 eye because I was only given a 15 min appointment and that I should call the manager the next day to see what can be done. I do as I’m told and attempt to contact the manager, Cassandra, however, I’m advised she’s in a “business meeting” and she’d call me back. No more than 5 mins go by and I get a call back, only it’s not Cassandra, it’s the receptionist. She calls to advise the only thing they can do for me is give me a $20 discount and I’d have to pay for the service again. At this point, I have no choice - it’s Friday and I leave Saturday for vacation, so I agree. I come in to my appointment only to see that Cassandra was NOT in a business meeting, but rather chatting it up with another employee. She heard me walk in, looked me straight in the eye and not once cared to approach me to see what the issue was, apologize and/or show any empathy!!! I was willing to pay for my service again, but will NEVER be coming back! Waste of time!!! MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Other locations, maybe, but this one definitely needs a new manager! Was trying to find a new place to go to because my lash girl is moving. I like to go to the same person every 2-3 weeks, so I’m in the market for someone good. I had called earlier and asked if they work with existing lashes, and they confirmed they do. Should have known that was a lie. Of course I get into my appointment which was later in the evening, and Aly tells me my lashes are just too bad to work with, that I’ll need to come back earlier another day and get a removal AND full set. So now instead of $80 we’re looking at over $200. Hmm… I wonder what the motive is here…  Well, I know that I won’t be frequenting this business. Which is fine because though the front of the business looks nice, I was taken into the back and had to sit in some ridiculously unprofessional recliner that looked like she got for free off the curb. Honestly, she had to make me sit on top of a booster because you sink so low in that thing. Me and my mom got eyelash extensions here. Not even an hour later they started popping off. I don’t know if it’s the adhesive or anything but we paid $210 for a volume set. $410 in total. We are very disappointed. Hopefully they treat you guys better!Service:&nbsp;Eyelash extensions

UPDATE 5/31  The company reached out after writing my review and advised me after further investigation they were able to locate my 2nd accidental charge. The manager who was not the person I first talked to about the 2 charges also personally called me and offered me a full set of lashes free of charge due to the issue with the 2 charges and the amount of time that had gone by before this was made right. I was very appreciative, she was very gracious and wanted to make things right.  I am very happy they found the 2nd charge and I went back and did get a full set done by Red and it was so pretty! I did want them a little fuller but due to an unfortunate encounter of my own with a lash curler lol I wasn’t able to get the as full as I’d hoped this time but he said ones my lashes grow back from the damage the lash curler caused I’ll be good to go for a more fuller look I’m pretty happy with the overall outcome with the merchant and I will go back :  I am writing this review with a heavy heart because the company charged me twice for the same service and refuses to give me my money back.  I went to the merchant initially on 3/1/2023 at which time I paid them for the services and I was happy. I went back to the merchant on 3/15/2023 and agreed to pay them $90 however I was charged $90 two times and when I emailed the location to bring this scouting error to their attention, the location manager; Cassandra Avalos advised me there was no error and when I showed her proof of this error, proof from my credit card statement she never responded back which was disappointing and clearly tells me everything I need to know because if you are willing to make sure you do right by your customers, you wouldn’t just not respond when they show you proof of a billing error.  Needless to Say, I will never be visiting this business again ever no one should just trust that a merchant is charging you the correct amount, always check your accounts and always be diligent her that you are being charged accurately It at this merchant is refusing to make it right with me. However, I have disputed the charge with my card company and things should be getting worked out.Service:&nbsp;Eyelash extensions

I would totally give 0 starts if I could. I’ve been coming WEEKLY for over a year never missed or no showed and I just had a newborn and had to RESCHEDULE and they charged me. I’ve never been treated like that by a business who I GIVE so much business to. Don’t know if I’ll be coming backService:&nbsp;Eyelash extensions
