Great food! The best BBQ chicken I’ve had and I’m from Kansas City so that’s saying something. Highly recommend this spot. It’s worth it!

This little place packs a big punch. I love bbq. The jumbo pulled pork sandwich plate is enough for 2 meals. I had the sandwich spicy with coleslaw on it. The spicy sauce is a great all over the mouth heat without being painful. The sandwich was juicy and tender. The bbq beans were smokey with just a touch of sweetness.Their potato salad had big chunks of potato and great creaminess. I won't be getting bbq anywhere else. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu. The value was phenomenal.

Wow he is the best in Nashville! Serisously! I’ve been to them all and his is authentic and it’s truly smoked. I got the baby back ribs and the brisket! The chili and greens are amazing! He makes it fresh everyday! Save the money and go here!

Some of the best bbq in Nashville! Real smoke flavor. It’s a backyard home cooked meal. Pepper slaw and greens will knock your socks off. Jank’s brisket is unreal tender and flavorful and the bologna and sausage are awesome.

Wonderful smoked brisket. My sandwich was loaded with meat. Their baked beans and mac n cheese are good. It's nice to see someone put so much care into their sides, as well. The mac n cheese had good, real cheese flavor.

If you want to get some great food and big portions, come here! I had a smoked sausage sandwich that he "ran through the garden" and it was SO GOOD. Get his pepper salad, too. It's like Cole slaw, but better.

I don't typically write reviews, but I've got to on this one. I've been here twice and both times got the rib plate. The portion of ribs plus two sides for $10 is a friggin steal. You get several meaty, delicious ribs get the spicy sauce on the side. The sides I've tried were chili, baked beans, and potato salad. The chili is excellent and I think has brisket in it. The baked beans were good as well. The potato salad was ok. I prefer mustard based potato salad. Trying the smoked sausage next go around.

It's at the corner of Lebanon road and Tyler drive across from the car wash. MENU: pulled pork, ribs, brisket, smoked sausage, smoked bologna, loaded bake potato, pepper slaw, potato salad, green beans, Mac and cheese, baked beans, turnip greens and corn bread. Girlfriend got Jumbo Pulled pork sandwich with potato salad and pepper slaw I got the brisket on a hoagie with baked beans and cornbread..... Absolutely phenomenal if you have a chance to stop here do so!

This is excellent BBQ. Jumbo Sandwich plate was enough for a quick lunch AND dinner at work. Great place, walk up at the Kwik Sak on Lebanon Rd in Hermitage at Tyler Dr. Very reasonable prices.
