Thank you to Janowiak Funeral Home for the beautiful service for my sister in law. Sandy and Chris and everyone else were amazing to our family the past couple days. We are so grateful. In such a hard time they truly were such a blessing. Sandy is so thoughtful checking on people and so kind. Very genuine loving people. Highly recommend them.
Been to many funerals here. Always a beautiful service. We have decided that when my husband and I time comes this will be where we will be. They treat everyone as family. I was very pleased with everyone on the staff as they were all wonderful but Chris was amazing. He helped us figure out a way to have my mother laid out so we could see her one last time even though it had not yet been paid for. Truly kind and compassionate, you can tell it's not just a job for him. He cares about his clients and I am extremely grateful to him. Would highly recommend this funeral home to anyone
What amazing people. They made an incredibly difficult time as comfortable as possible. My dad died in 2016 then my mom in 2020. So comforting to know my they were treated with care and dignity. God bless them.
We would HIGHLY recommend Janowiak Funeral Home. This is our second close family death in a year and a half and we came back to Janowiak's because as stated in their brochure - "Where Families Come First" - we were definitely treated as family. In fact, we were treated better than family. Chris and Sandy were able to guide us through this entire process, with unbelievable kindness and compassion. All questions were answered and we were given information that helped prepare us for every step we traveled during this time. We cannot ever thank them enough and even though we know it's the job they do every day they made it feel as if we were the most important thing happening during those days.
I sincerly thank the amazing folks at Janowiak Funeral home. People come to them at one of the most difficult times of their lives and they treat you like family. I must mention a wonderful young man,Jeff Janowiak ,how took extra time and patience to help my very young nieces cope with the recent death of their grandpa,I can't begin to thank him enough for that
In January of 2015 we unfortunately had to use Janowiak Funeral service. The professionalism, compassion and awesome work they did was beyond amazing. Little did I know that I would a few months later start working for Chris, Sandy and Geoff Janowiak. I could not ask for better people to work for. I have learned from them mostly by watching their example of how to help the families that have become part of their family. However, in December 2017, our mother passed away unexpected and I was in the hospital at the time, Sandy and Chris brought my mother into their care and we didn't have to worry about anything. When we arrived to view my mother for the first time, WE WERE AMAZED. My mother looked beautiful, there work amazes me everyday. The service was beautiful and everything was perfect! I may seem bias because I work for them, but you can't change what they did for us in 2015 and in December. They are the best!!!
Family-owned funeral home that truly cares - Few plan for this need. In late Fall of 2016 we had need for these services. Called around, got pricing from 1/2 dozen funeral homes in two counties. Janowiak Funeral Home was the closest, and the most price competitive. Arrangements went without a flaw. When we again had need for these services, we didn't call around, we went straight back to Janowiak. Same exact arrangements, same exact pricing. Chris, Sandy, and their son are truly professional. Everything was as requested, they arranged honor guard at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly perfectly, and there were zero issues both times. While we hope to not need their services again for a long time, we wouldn't hesitate doing business again. You can pay more, but you won't get better service.
Chris and Sandy were wonderful at a very tough time in my life when my elderly mother died. They did not try to oversell us on products, and took care of every detail. Chris even stayed at the cemetery until everything was completely finished up. He arranged everything with our local church; set up all appointments with the priest, and made things run smoothly when no one could think straight. The deceased looked really nice, better than we expected she would look after a short illness. He followed all our instructions regarding jewelry, photos, clothes, and make up. Chris and Sandy even stayed in touch afterwards during the holidays to be sure we were still doing OK. Thoughtful, sincere, and honest people.
My family had to come to Janowiak about a year ago when my father passed away. They were super accommodating and compassionate, easy to talk to, and they made the process much easier. My mother passed away a few months later and we came back to Janowiak. Would definitely recommend them.
