Sharon was so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed talking with her and her knowledge of jewelry while I was waiting for my items to be cleaned and inspected. She shared that day was her 10th anniversary at the store and I can see why - Jared is lucky to have such a knowledgeable, friendly and personable person in their company.
Wonderful experience. Natalie was/is great. Keep an eye on an upper management position for her starting now. Have been back twice for other repairs and bought bears from The Crew. The bears help out St. Jude's, so go in and buy a few. I did. Buy a Movado while you're there. I bought mine at Jared some years ago. A real beauty. Great store, great employees.
My boyfriend and I visited Jareds today we had a wonderful experience with Natalie and Cathy. They were able to show us different options that fit what we were looking for. If a no pressure, educated and affordable experience is what you’re looking for, go see these ladies!
Cathy and Ashley were absolutely terrific! I did not feel like i was getting the “Ol sales pitch” but instead they brought me in and sat me down and pointed me in the right direction! Never once did i feel obligated that i had to walk out of there with a ring that very moment. Instead I found a great diamond and setting! With a few days to review my budget i am sure i will be back soon to purchase a ring! Also great promotion’s going on right now!!
Always a great experience! My engagement ring has needed 2 repairs and with the purchased warranty we have it has been a flawless & easy process every time. Staff is always very welcoming and helpful!
Staff was amazing! From top to the bottom. Melissa and Natalie were patient with me and my fiancé. On top of it great personalities. Definitely will go back for future purchases.
I went to get my engagement ring resized, I was there for ten minutes without even being acknowledged. Another gentleman came in and never was acknowledged and then left. There were two associates who were busy with customers but at least could of said welcome we are busy now someone will help you soon. Finally a third free associate came walked past me and I had to repeatedly try to get his attention. Then he said they couldn't resize my ring because they don't work with the stone. He couldn't even give a valid reason,like my ring was too inferior to the overpriced rings they sell.
Had multiple custom rings made here over the years and they are always great! Wonderful results and great customer service.
I have had the most amazing customer service experience with Jared's starting in March 2022. Robert, Natalie, and Cathy in the Braintree Massachusetts store were simply phenomenal today...truly phenomenal. Incredibly attentive, solution oriented and dedicated to ensuring my happiness. I have felt well-cared-for with every encounter, no matter the staff member. I will be a loyal customer for a very long time.
Natalie is awesome! I’ve had my engagement ring sized with her and she helped us pick out our wedding bands. She knows her stuff and is extremely patient I will be recommending her
