Jamie was super patient with us, we are a very finicky couple. Two people undecisive with my trying to buy the biggest rock but still trying to stay within budget for our upgrade. Loved how she helped us come to our decision with our best buy yet. I totally loved our purchase, definitely ask for Jamie when you visit the store.
Most people usually look forward to Fridays at work since it’s closer to the weekend, however little did I know last Friday morning would throw me for a tailspin. I got to my desk at work to momentarily drop my bag and suddenly, I glanced down at my left hand to notice the middle diamond in my wedding ring was missing. Frantically, I paced the hall floors at work to retrieve the loose diamond Thank God ! I called my husband and we immediately drove over to Jared’s after work to see what they could do. Nyjah was so calm and confident that the Jeweler repair team could take the setting and diamond to look at it over the weekend. I got the notification Tuesday morning my wedding ring was restored, better than ever, and ready to be picked up!! Thankful for the lifetime protection my husband purchased through Jared’s when we got engaged. I’ll probably never get to meet the repair team, but huge THANK you to Nyjah and the perimeter repair team. A horrible Friday morning of pure distress was turned around by your great customer service. If I could rate y’all higher than 5 stars I would.Thanks for taking good care of the most special piece of jewelry for me!
Jamie and Lisa were extremely beneficial in helping me make one of the most important selections of my life. They were polite, patient, understanding, supportive and informative about what I considered to be the focal point of my selections for my future wife. I couldn’t have asked for better service and open communication. I truly appreciate their support through this process and hope to do more business again with them in the very near future.
Jared at the Perimeter location is awesome. The staff was very pleasant to work with. KeJuan, was beyond GREAT. He worked with me through the entire process. Even after I purchased the ring, he stayed in contact through the proposal which was 6 months later. He made sure we had everything that we thought we wanted and needed. I recently visited the Jared's perimeter location with my fiance to pick up her engagement ring that was receiving its 6 month service. We ended up receiving exceptional customer service from three wonderful store members: Nate, Harriet, and Mina. They gave wonderful suggestions, and attentive and caring service . We will definitely return to this location for future purchases.
Mina is so wonderful! She is very detail oriented and really knows jewelry. She would be an exceptional manager, if given the opportunity. My husband and I just love her!!
