I wanted to buy my wife a new engagement ring. The sales rep, Gladys was great at getting a feel for what we wanted and she was very patient while we picked out the ring. They also provided a promotional discount to bring down the price of the the ring we wanted. Our young kids had a great time in the playground they have. Will definitely return!
Melissa was extremely helpful and patient with me and my soon to be fiancée. She really took the time to listen and make relevant suggestions that worked for our ring and budget. She helped make an overwhelming situation easy by helping find an amazing ring and bigger diamond. Her enthusiasm and energy in helping put together the perfect engagement ring for us was very appreciated.

I called the Brea location to ask for the manager, Carolina, as I had spoken to her just a week before about getting me a copy of the original invoice, but Gladys told me Carolina was not available as she was helping another guest. To give you a bit of context, I had previously spoken with her wonderful manager, Carolina, who had been incredibly helpful just a week prior. I wanted to get a copy of the original invoice and some information on the type of ring I had given that I had misplaced my initial paperwork. When I explained my needs to Gladys, she took the time to verify my identity and the details of my ring purchase, which had occurred on a specific date. This attention to detail immediately put me at ease, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to providing top-notch service. What truly sets Gladys apart is her willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did she willingly help me find the information I needed, but she also went the extra mile by sending me screenshots of the receipt from the day of my purchase using her personal cell phone. This level of dedication and thoroughness is rare in customer service today, and I was genuinely impressed. In contrast, I had a bad experience with the Chino location, as they were unwilling to assist me with the exact requests two days prior, despite purchasing the ring from their store. This sharp contrast in service only further emphasizes the exceptional quality of service I received at the Brea location. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Gladys, Carolina, and the team at the Brea location, as I'm sure everyone there would treat me the same, given what I have experienced. Their exemplary customer service is well above the call of duty, as they say. It is truly refreshing to encounter such dedicated and caring individuals who go to great lengths to assist customers. The the gentleman that assisted me was very pleasant and helpful. He was very cautious while talking care of my rings. And another employee offered me water and he was genuine he didn’t sound like it was something he had to do. All in all the whole Jared personal was very king and great me with a smile and told me goodbye as well. I felt very welcomed I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.
