Katie and Hannah were wonderfully helpful in getting my engagement ring repaired and sharing some other beautiful pieces with me. 10/10 would shop here again just because it was such a great experience with these ladies.
Danielle greeted my son and I when we walked in. Immediately we were welcomed and I think I had that look that would suggest I don't do this a lot. She walked us through some options in our budget for Grandma's present. So was so so kind and included my 11 year old son in on decision making. I'll simply never go anywhere else and if it is up to me, Danielle will be my jeweler. I'm deeply grateful for the whole experience.
I can not say enough good things about Jared! This was the 2nd store we went into to look at wedding bands. I knew when Sharon met us at the front and was so friendly and welcoming that it was a great place to be. She let us wander and look and then when she was on a call with another customer she had Hanna come and help us so we wouldn't have to wait. Between the two of them they found my perfect ring. They didn't have the exact ring in stock, but found me one that looked almost identical just with different stones. I never expected to find my dream wedding band the first night we started looking, but with Hanna and Sharon's help not only did I find the perfect band, I ordered it that evening and had a huge amount of stress taken off my shoulders. I can't wait till the ring arrives! I will post pictures of it then. Thank you so much Hanna and Sharon for taking such wonderful care of us!
I have been going to the Colorado Mills location for almost 15 years, ever since I bought my necklace. Every time I have gone, the staff at this location are very friendly and helpful! Xavier helped me today with my inspection and cleaning. We even looked at other necklaces. Super friendly and no pressure so you can feel at ease with what you buy. I have gone to the Park Meadows location and one in Jacksonville, FL and the customer service and friendly staff don't come close. I now live in Georgia and still prefer to take my jewelry to this location when I am back visiting.
Danielle was absolutely fabulous. We had the best experience shopping for an anniversary present because of her. She got to know us and found the perfect ring. She even had me try on rings that were different than what I thought I wanted and we ended up so happy with what we got. I will be returning for future purchases!
Xavier was so helpful and the absolute best! I came in with my partner to get a pair of diamond studs and Xavier was patient, knowledgeable, and great at customer service. We even started a wishlist for me for when my partner comes in without me next time. We will definitely be back… or at least he will. ;
Hanna was amazing!!! She helped me find a battery replacement invoice that was years back- she did not give up!!! She is a joy - and I really appreciate her effort!!
Hanna and Katie were very helpful in helping me pick out a new watch. They even showed me some other options on-line. I found one I liked and they got it from their Colorado Springs store by the next day!
I have been coming to this Jared every six months for 13 YEARS! The service has always been exceptional but this last round of visits was over the top amazing. I now have two new amazing friends in Sharon and Katie. They are warm and wonderful, outgoing and enjoyable, I can’t say enough good things about them. How often can you gush like that about someone you just met? They took care of me and my aging ring with swift action and invested concern. I’m thankful beyond words.
Great products and amazing customer service at the Colfax location by Colorado mills. Hannah especially is extremely helpful and kind. I would not hesitate to shop at Jared for heirloom quality jewelry. Thank you again for your help.
