From start to finish the MG Jared was great. I wanted my 25 year wedding anniversary stone set in my 10 year wedding anniversary band. They gave me a quick and informative consult over the phone. I took the stone and band in. They had their in house jeweler assest them and said it could happen. They over delivered their service! Getting my ring finished sooner than anticipated. The staff that helped us was kind, friendly and courteous. Husband loved the fact my ring did not have to be sent out
I really love my engagement ring and wedding band from Jared! It is so nice to be able to pop in and get it cleaned. When I come in to get it checked, they never pressure me into buying something else, which was my fear. I once asked to get my watch battery replaced, and they were so upfront that they couldn’t do it there, but they recommended a place that could in town. My husband also really likes his wedding band! They had his band in stock, so it was a quick one day trip to get it all done.
I was totally blown away by how amazing the service was here. I had the privilege of getting the help of Christina while I was ring shopping. She knew just about everything and was able to find me multiple options for diamond sizes and clarity. Not to mention I managed to get a really nice discount from their store when I purchased a lab-grown diamond. The overall experience was definitely great!
Thank you, Beth! We purchased our wedding rings from Jared because we wanted the convenience of a chain retailer. Sounds crazy, yet, while personal attention and buying from a local shop is usually what I prefer to do - this was the decision we made. When we were treated poorly at another location we had the luxury of being able to go to another location and we did, Maple Grove. There we were greeted by Beth! We just picked up our ring after a resizing which was totally botched by the other location and despite them telling us it was fine... the ring was too big. Beth reviewed everything and said she would help us. There was some concern that sizing the ring once again would cause an imperfection and replacement was an option. I began or felt as if I was going to cry as this was the ring we married with... and Beth must've felt my tears before they even fell as she immediately reached out and said we will try with this one... It is SO nice to get someone who conveys care .... I understand that sometimes things simply cannot be done and if the ring did not turn out well after the sizing we had other options. Beth was very considerate, professional and trustworthy.... We left the ring with the hope things would turn out, yet, either way we were treated with actual Customer Service. When we picked up the ring, it was perfect and it finally fit! Beth was busy with other customers, yet, we wanted to make sure other people know if they're looking for jewelry and want someone who actually cares about you and your situation - Beth at Maple Grove Jared is definitely worth seeing. Thank you, Beth for not only righting the wrong of another store, but for being so kind and considerate.... We truly appreciate everything and hope to see you again for our next purchase!
My husband has been a loyal customer for many years, made dozens of purchases every holiday/special occasion from Jared’s and primarily from this location in MG. The customer service is decent, however, this last store trip, I noticed visible black mold growth on the ceiling right above the main counter of the store. This is a huge health hazard. I feel sorry for the employees that are exposed to this daily in their work and the unknowing customers who frequent the store. We will not be returning to this location because of this irresponsibly maintained environment.
Tina was amazing! Extremely patient and helped me pick out the perfect wedding bands. Look forward to coming back in.
So on our way home this afternoon, I suggested to my husband that we should stop at Jared in Maple Grove to get his ring cleaned and buffed as long as we were in the area. So we stopped in, and of course while they're taking care of our rings, they invited us to look around and see if there's anything we like, reminding us that Christmas is coming up in a few weeks. We didn't go in with the intention of buying anything, but I did see a bracelet that went really well with my ring. And I pointed it out to Kevin for future reference. As we were walking to the door, Kevin saw a sign for their Black Friday sale, but looking at the fine print, it ended yesterday. Lynn caught us as we were walking out the door and told us that they would honor the deal because the sign was still up. The bracelet was already a reasonable price but we ended up getting a really awesome deal on it, because we learned that it was discontinued and it was already on sale, plus we got the Black Friday sale on top of that. And we have Lynn to thank for that. And I have my amazing husband to thank for my beautiful early Christmas gift as well! Thank you to Lynn and the amazing staff at Jared for always making our visits a great experience and reminding us why we do business with you!
Ed has been a great help with everything needed. Technically and professionally a great employee. He's assisted with watch recommendations, batteries, links on my watches, etc. Many thanks Ed!
I'm so disappointed in my wedding set from Jared. We'll be celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary in a week and I've had e bring my ring back 7 times to have missing diamonds replaced, 3 times this month alone. I've had a new crown, all of the prongs retipped, yet it keeps falling apart. The staff is friendly but really don't seem to care how frustrating it is to be without my ring all the time. They suggested that I just get a different ring in a different setting. My husband chose my ring for me and I love it for that reason more than anything. I want to see the quality that I expected from Jared.
On site jewelry repair/resizing is excellent and fast. You can use it even if your jewelry was not purchased there. We bought our wedding rings here and then upgraded years later. Easy to work with both times. Happy with the selection and process.
