I have been meaning to change my auto and motorcycle insurance over to Allstate and add an umbrella policy for over five months. Although I have been very difficult to get hold of, Laura kept on top of things and helped me get all my vehicles moved over and get the umbrella policy applied. She even sent me a reminder to cancel my previous insurance. She has been extremely helpful and informative throughout the process. Thank you again Laura.

My agent at this office is Eddie Paredes. He was extremely professional, listened to me without interrupting me and didn’t try to push me into something I wasn’t looking for. When I needed to start getting quotes for a new insurance policy, I wasn’t even going to try Allstate because I thought they would be more costly, but that was not the case. A friend referred me to him, and I am so glad she did – he found me the perfect policies at a rate I could afford.  I highly recommend!

I had been having issues with my current insurance provider in providing timely communication and the transparency of policy premiums paid.  I spoke to Amy about my situation, explained what I felt the challenges were with my current provider and asked if there were better opportunities elsewhere. I was with Liberty last year and felt the lack of personal service and everything was done through online even when trying to talk with live person. I was fortunate to talk with Sean at Jason's agency and immediate got the attention and explanations that I needed to make sure I was properly covered for home, umbrella and auto. Sean walked me through the process and explain my options and reason for his recommendations and when I have a question he is replying back to me in short order. Excellent agency would recommend you giving them a call to see what they can offer
