Jason was born and raised in Marion County Florida. He graduated from North Marion High School where he enjoyed playing baseball and serving his community.
Upon graduation from high school, he attended Flagler College in St. Augustine. He continued playing baseball for Flagler, as well as coaching for St. Augustine High School.
In 2000, he graduated from Flagler with a Bachelors Degree, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Youth Ministry.
After graduating from Flagler, Jason worked as a case manager assisting mentally ill adults in finding foster care homes.
In 2002, Jason began law school at Regent University. He graduated in 2005 and began his career as an attorney.
