Group fitness classes consisting of weight training, plyometrics and bodyweight exersizes.
Workouts take place at 5:30 AM and 5:30 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Athletes are either in the PM class or AM class. Sign ups are taken from a waiting list. Message Jason Mills Training if you are interested in being added to the list.
Membership fee is $100 per month for 4 days a week. No first and last payment. No contract.
Workouts will consist of a plethora of physical training elements. They can be tailored for any ability level.
Class workouts will have elements of powerlifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and plyometrics etc..
Workouts will be performed under the close eye of an experienced trainer.
Small class sizes result in more time with the trainer.
Jason Mills is an experienced personal trainer with extensive training in physical fitness. For the majority of his adult life has been an athlete with a lot of love for physical fitness. Eventually training himself just wasn't fulfilling enough. He found his true passion in helping others to better improve their general physical fitness and quality of life.
