Southern Style BBQ & Catering
We are a caterer that specializes in authentic southern style barbecue. We offer Pulled Pork, BBQ Chicken, Tri-tip, Brisket and Pork Ribs, smoked low and slow over real wood logs. To complement the main dishes, we offer the following sides: BBQ Beans, Coleslaw, Mac-n-Cheese and Cornbread. Do you have a sweet tooth? Try some of our delicious Sweet Potato Pie or some Banana Pudding!
Try us out every Thursday at the Downtown Anaheim Farmer's Market from 11am to 4pm! We usually sell out by 1:30pm, so come early or pre-order online through our website!
