So cute! Love the decorations and the whole environment. The coffee was amazing! Will definitely come again!Food: 5/5
While the coffee they serve tastes amazing, it can be a tad pricey. The atmosphere invites all ages to relax and have a god time. The staff are always fun and casual. Definitely recommend to any college students who need an environment to study! Kid-friendliness: Has games in location, and plenty if areas to sit and play.
This place is a gift from the gods. Be ready to transcend into the next dimension upon your first sip. Everything from the educated staff and wonderful customer experience, to the relaxing atmosphere and rich selection of flavorsome drinks makes Viridian a paragon in the industry. I’ve been to coffee shops all over the country from Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta, & Virginia, and quite remarkably, the best flavor and experience I’ve found is at this locally owned shop 20 minutes away from my house. It would be wise to stop by and give them a try.
Haley was so nice! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. It was my first time, and I have tried a ton of coffee shops. This one was easily at the top. Plus she gave me whipped cream and sprinkles for my kids which was super sweet. Caramel frappe was delicious, but I will definitely be trying a lavender latte next time. Kid-friendliness: Super nice to my kiddos
A very good coffee shop. Their Samutra pour over was exactly what I was looking for in a dark and robust drink. They have friendly staff and comfortable seating to spend an afternoon.Food: 5/5
Coffee is always great but I got a smoothie this time and honestly y’all need to rethink them. They’re all sugar wayyyyy too sweet and have a terrible after taste. Very very low quality, it’s giving Mcdonalds.Food: 1/5
The hubby and I visited while traveling. We both got Large medium roast mocha hot coffees and they were absolutely delicious. Not overly sweet, just right and so refreshing! I got one of the apple caramel scones and they warmed it for me and it was so fresh and yummy!! We are from Knoxville Tn and I wish we had this coffee shop at home!! The facility was so clean and loved the atmosphere and the staff were very professional, knowledgeable and nice!! Definitely recommend! Kid-friendliness: Very nice and greeted us in a timely manner. Helpful in assisting with our questions and guidance with coffee choices. Parking: We were in an RV and found plenty of parking space.
Mrs. Flip Out tried this Viridian Coffee location and enjoyed it. The apple caramel scone and regular latte paired nicely and the scone was moist. Plenty of seating for groups or individuals to work or study. There was a small room, perfect for a small meeting. They also had a fun selection of coffee gear and T-shirts. Great location if you need a caffeine pick me up off the turnpike.
This is my new half-way stop on a road trip I take regularly! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Courtney diligently checked food items for my allergy to help me determine what was safe to eat. The bathroom was clean, the scone was fantastic, and the coffee was excellent! I like Viridian so much, I bought the t-shirt! Dietary restrictions: When I was there the only item with peanuts was the peanut butter protein balls and they were separated from the pastries and food. Even with a very severe allergy, I was able to eat a scone with no problems. Courtney pulled out a big book from under the counter and diligently checked ingredients on multiple items while displaying genuine concern.
Swung by on a Thursday morning after staying at the nearby Holiday Inn. Being honest, I searched for a Starbucks and this was what popped up. Boy, I’m sure glad it did. I was greeted by every staff member as soon as I walked in. They were truly enjoying their day, not just complying with a corporate mandate to say “welcome.” The cold brew is smooth and affordable. Their food special was a green Chile chicken burrito and it SLAPPED. Love this small town spot and will be stopping by anytime I drive down I-44.
